Shouldn't be so many bad reviews? - I visited (alone) today from 11.30 until about 1pm. No queue to get in, I had a Dragon Pass voucher and was expecting the worst! Bar service was fast every time I visited, food was basic but acceptable. A chicken tagine and cottage pie were the main hot options (also vegan Thai red curry) with a salad bar and chocolate brownie. Don't understand the toilet situation mentioned in other reviews, there are three female operating (and I assume the same in men's). My voucher was £20 through a work offer and I definitely feel I got my money's worth.

A busy priority pass lounge at London Heathrow Airport - This is a very busy lounge at London Heathrow Airport. We arrive at the breakfast hour, and the lounge offers standard breakfast food (salad, cereal, fruit, drink). If you arrive at rush hour, be prepared to join a e-queue to use the lounge.

Not a nice relaxing / stress less experience like others! - Lovely exterior and thought wow! We were then put in a corner surrounded by. Wooden structure. No charging facilities and food appalling! Spent £318 for 7 and not worth it. Kids had to buy Pringles as food was hot curry. Tables to eat on were lower than our knees! Did not feel welcome and suspect too many bookings had been taken!

Total waste of money - what a total waste of money. Pre booked so I could skip the queue outside. When I got in it was more busy than the terminal outside. Struggled to find a seat and the food was like a bad school dinner.... belad curries and any other stew like dish that goes with steamed rice or under cooked roast potatoes. Was extremely hot..... spent approx. 20 mins in there and went up to the fullers bar for a much needed cold drink.

Total Rip Off - I booked the lounge through, what I thought was a trusted site, Heathrow airport, bug mistake! I understood that there would be shower facilities but when I arrived I was told that would cost £27 extra. I found other websites that were cheaper and included showers too. The lounge had cost £46.50, it was hot and crowded and had very little food. As I am a vegetarian and gluten intolerant there was only a curry I could eat, which seemed to consist of slop and sweet corn and little else. It was bland too, I tried the coffee which tasted like instant and there was nothing else for me to eat apart from dried cheese and nuts. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Finding a quiet spot was impossible and as a small area with a lot of people made it very loud. A total rip off. Debbie

AWFUL - AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I can't believe people call this a 'lounge'. Save your money, sit in the main airport, or pay more for a decent lounge. I wish I had read the reviews before booking! I would have been far more comfortable sitting in the main airport. No air conditioning, far too hot. Food (breakfast) was awful. Eggs from a packet and canned mushrooms. Very noisy. Constant clatter of cutlery and plates as the staff struggled to keep up with the overcrowding. Far too many people and chairs so close my feet kept hitting the person opposite. I complained and the staff response was that 'you can leave' - completely missing the point! No offer of compensation.

Avoid! - Worst lounge ever. Far too overbooked and no seats available, dirty, charging points didn’t work, poor drinks choice, I could go on. Not a lounge experience at all and in fact left us feeling rather stressed.

Avoid this disgusting “premium” lounge. - This lounge is far from “premium”. On my first visit, I found it extremely overcrowded, with a pervasive smell of alcohol and wet floors. It doesn't feel like a true business lounge but rather a place where people drink excessively for free. The food was appalling, with undercooked rice, chicken curry, and Thai vegetable curry that tasted terrible and almost made me sick. The bathrooms were unclean and overused due to the high number of visitors. The leftover plates are everywhere and it’s hard to sit and eat with stinking plates. The cleaners do a good job trying to keep the place clean but the overcrowding is the core issue. The drink selection was poor and no diet options whatsoever. Or probably ran out already. I highly recommend avoiding this place and spending your money at a restaurant upstairs, where you'll find much better food and seating.

Avoid - Very poor experience. Not a premium offering and not worth the money. Over crowded, no air conditioning. Food was terrible and kept running out. Staff looked miserable and over worked. Would not go there again. Rather take my chances in Wetherspoons !!!!!

First and last time here - First time using an airport lounge. Hottest day of the year, overcrowded, warm soft drinks in cans, Spanish chicken with no chicken and the air conditioning was broken. It was very hot in there apart from the toilets where the air conditioning was working. Staff at the welcome desk did not make customers aware of this before going in. It was uncomfortable and only stayed because my husband wanted to charge his phone and felt cheated out of spending hard earned money to go in there. I did eventually leave as it started to make me feel unwell. However I have been told I stayed in there for almost my allotted time ( like that’s ok then ). Saw the queue of people waiting to enter, asked staff why they were not giving customers a choice before they entered under the circumstances and got blank faces. Didn’t check reviews on Tripadvisor beforehand but most definitely won’t use their services again.
