Wonderful experience! - Our tour guide Richard was amazing and knowledgeable plus he worked on the show, so had some wonderful insider stories. Wonderful to walk up to Highclere Castle and inside, it was a treat to see where the show was filmed. Plus, wonderful to walk down the red carpeted stairs just like Lord Grantham.

Fantastic!!! Best tour!!! - One of the best tours I’ve ever been on!! Our guide Chris and our driver Mike were fantastic. Sharing extensive knowledge of the filming and surrounding areas. It was wonderful the way he walked us through the little village first before heading to Highclere. The beating point at Gloucester Station is perfect to get to and there was no other buses around us so he came and met us personally. You couldn’t book a better tour!!!

What is a weekend? - Excellent tour! The guide knew everything about the tv series which made the experience better. The castle is a beautiful place and the village was a plus!

Amazing Experience - Our guide was very informative and found him entertaining. It was so surreal being in the Castle where they filmed. I feltvwe had enough time to walk around the town and grounds.

Long London weekend - Break from the city after walking for 2 days with crowds. Interesting Cotswold village then relaxing day with tour of Highclere and gorgeous grounds. Tour guide with entertainment background & driver Antonio were great. Personable, explained what we were seeing every step of way. Small mini coach is the way to go. Nice cafe there as well.

Beautiful Day at Highclere Castle and Village - The whole tour was fabulous! Visiting the village first allowed us to connect to the scenes in the shows like never before. The castle was breathtaking and the grounds were much more beautiful than imagined! It was the highlight of our trip to England!

Absolutely Amazing!!! - as you walk through the main doors, you feel like you are going back in time! Just amazing! The paintings and the murals on some of the ceilings are spectacular‼️ And oh the beautiful gardens...lovely❣️

History and pop culture make for a wonderful day! - What an amazing day and tour that was truly at the intersection of history, travel and pop culture. Michael was our guide and he was so knowledgeable, entertaining, smart and funny. It was clear he was a fan not only of Downton Abbey but of the history of the UK, British films and shows, and of Highclere Castle. I learned a lot! I do wish we had more time to explore the grounds at Highclere but overall the day was wonderful and we covered a lot of ground visiting the village and locations of the show before heading to Highclere. Loved this experience and would absolutely recommend it to fans of Downton Abbey.

Great tour except for the bus ride - This was a fantastic tour however being on the small group tour we were on a smaller bus and the seats were tiny. I consider myself a medium sized person and my knees were smashed up against the seat in front of me. My husband who is larger was extremely uncomfortable the entire ride.

Wonderful day! - The Guide comparing the scenes in the TV show in pictures, while actually looking at the scene in real life. It is amazing how detailed the set designers are!!!!!
