The guide was a very... - The guide was a very knowledgeable speaker, so informative about the history of England, the tower stories, the jewels, everything we were seeing. He was patient with questions and with the fact that the time went past the allotted schedule. The Beef Eater meet was great!

Great Tour - The tour was very informative, I enjoyed it immensely. Our guide was very good but unfortunately I don’t recall his name.

Excellent Guide! - Excellent guide who took his time and spent more time to give the history. Would highly recommend for all ages. Lots of walking and stairs.

Excellent , very knowledgeable guide, makes this wonderful tour the best. - The history, the beauty of the Crown Jewels, and the amazing Tower it’s self, would make this tour. The Crown Jewels for those that do not know ,include, all the silverware, hardware, scepters, swords, crowns, clothing, etc.It is incredible. You also receive a presentation by an actual Kings Guard ( Beefeater). He was witty, informative, and very good. Add all this ,with are walking history encyclopedia, guide ,made this tour one of my favorites ever. I wish I knew the guides name, but I can not remember. Well worth the money.

Nice tour - Very good tour. We like had a nice time with our tour guide. I cannot think of her name for the life of me. Very nice and knew her info.

Wonderful tour with a lot of history - My husband and I both really enjoyed this tour. We had a great guide who was very knowledgeable. It was great to see everything in person that I had read about or seen on tv. We are already planning another trip to London!!

Jewels and tower visit. - It was great seeing my children enjoy the crown jewels and the tower. They enjoyed climbing the stairs and seeing the toilet in the tower. It was great to talk to a Beefeater and learn about the ravens of the tower. Our guide was great and knowledgeable.

Tower, absolutely! Tour, yes. VIP, no. - I loved visiting The Tower and I think having a tour guide was helpful by providing some history and explaining the different buildings but I don’t know that paying more for the VIP tour was worth it. It didn’t feel like anything more than a standard tour except perhaps with a smaller group. We were to meet at Starbucks and we waited and waited. I had to call the office to find out what happened to our guide. She was there but across the street. Never would have found her and she didn’t bother to come to Starbucks even though her group was clearly not where she was. She seemed a bit annoyed when we asked why she didn’t meet us at Starbucks. So it started off on the wrong foot. Overall, visiting the Tower is a must, but the tour was just OK. After the tour (which is outside only), we were able to explore the buildings at our pace.

Lengthy - The tour was a group of 20. The operator was full of information. However, it was nearly three hours long and we still had to do many experiences/ buildings on our own afterwards, which makes for a very long day. I feel an audio self guided tour would have been a better choice for time management.
