It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King.
Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George’s Chapel. The Castle’s State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle’s royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV.
Many of the works of art are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor.

- Please note: Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays . St. George’s Chapel is open for visitors on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.
- As Windsor Castle is a working royal palace, sometimes the entire Castle or the State Apartments within the Castle need to be closed at short notice

Excellent experience more than we expected. Definitely do it again. - Great trip, views were amazing. Good pictures we highly recommend it. Coming back to visit and explore more of England.

Great work from Evan team! - Gadfrey was great! He keep us laughing during the journey and great advice given by him during the tour to maximise our experience and the driver was great! Sorry I didn’t get his name though.

Great day trip! - We had a great time on our day trip to Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath. Our tour guide Kevin was funny and informative. We had ample time in each location to see the highlights. Would highly recommend for a day trip.

Great day of adventure! - We had a great time! Kevin was an incredible and very informative guide! He kept the day moving along smoothly with great recommendations at the stops. We had amazing weather which definitely contributed to an excellent day of seeing beautiful sights.

Wonderful day! - The day was wonderful. Our tour guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He shared more than basic info about the sites. He shared history of England as well. Our driver gave us a smooth and safe ride. Would definitely use this company again!

Excellent Day Tour - Great tour. Please keep in mind that you are choosing to see three attractions in one day, that means you will be on the schedule. It is a good introductory tour, for anything more in depth you would need to come back and spend more time at whichever attraction you found most interesting.

Wonderful Tour - Absolutely fantastic experience with Evan & Evan’s Tours! From start to finish, everything was seamless and well-organized. Our guide, Richard, was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about British history, making each stop even more fascinating. Our driver, Jedon, was excellent—smooth, safe driving made the journey between locations comfortable and relaxing.
We visited Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath, and each site was an absolute highlight. The timing was perfect, allowing us to explore without feeling rushed, and we never felt overwhelmed by crowds. Richard provided insightful commentary throughout, and the audio guides at each location were a fantastic addition, enhancing the experience with deeper historical context.
