Fantastic tour in every way. - This was the fourth and last tour in our Iceland trip and it was beyond amazing in every way. It was truly perfect and memorable. The landscapes we experienced were absolutely stunning. This was not just a tour, it felt like an expedition! It was at a whole new level. We had enough time at each stop to walk, explore, enjoy and soak in Iceland‘s awe inspiring and raw, primordial nature. We even saw an arctic fox which is quite an elusive creature so that by itself was extraordinary. Our driver, H. B. O., deserves a most special recognition, too. He was the absolute perfect tour guide, an extraordinary and safe driver in Iceland‘s extreme weather conditions (some roads were so snowed in, the landscape and road became like one). He narrated everything in the exact amount of details keeping it all very interesting. He always asked if anyone had any questions and was generous, intelligent and informed in his answers. He also had the best music for the trip, changing its mood depending on the itinerary, while also giving us ample of soothing music when it was down time. He was extremely professional, but also light hearted and seemed to enjoy his work and what he was able to do for the group. He could really be teaching others about customer service and tour guiding. The minibus we had was the best, perfectly comfortable, clean, and even well designed with ambiance lights. The seats and seatbelts were comfortable, there was storage above, dining trays, and storage mesh. It was definitely the very best transportation equipment. Overall, we would give this excursion even more than just five stars. We recommend it fully without any reserves. Everything about this tour was beyond fantastic.

Spectacular scenery - An amazing trip into the remote area of Iceland with spectacular views. Our guide was very informative on history and culture of the area. Even with the short daylight he managed to get us around to see everything that was planned. Thoroughly recommend this trip and take crampons for the ivy conditions at the waterfalls and coast paths.

Fantastic day tour! - We had an amazing tour of the Snaefellsnes peninsula with Addi as our guide. He was very informative and knowledgeable on the history, geography, and economics of Iceland. Perfect balance of quiet time and storytelling during the drive and just enough stops for a full day. The trip was made even better by amazing weather! Cool, clear, beautiful snow on the ground, but still easy to walk to the sights. Highly recommend!

Impersonal and improper practices - So to the bad first. We were moved from our original date to go earlier and were fine with it, however we went from what should have been a small group experience, it said on the front of the bus small group to over 30 people. I wouldn't have been okay with this had I known. The reason why is because I booked and paid for what I thought was a small group tour only to be then given something else this is false advertising. Small group tours are better as they provide a more engaging environment and a community feel you don't get in larger groups. The guide was nice and made me laugh a few times, and I really can't fault him or the stops both were great. It was just the miss sold experience that bothered me. If they ask you to switch tours make sure you know what you're getting into.
