Today, meet your guide in your hotel lobby and transfer to a dim sum restaurant by taxi, metro, or public bus. Your guide will order around four different kinds of dim sum dishes. Afterward, transfer to the cruise center to take a Zhujiang River cruise and enjoy the stunning night views of Guangzhou city. Once the tour concludes, your guide will assist you in finding a taxi for your return to the hotel on your own.

Famous Dim Sum in Guangzhou:

• Shrimp Dumplings: These are starch wrappers filled with fresh shrimp, pork puree, and young bamboo shoots, and are steam-cooked.
• Steamed Shaomai: A traditional Guangzhou dim sum made with pork and shrimp, steamed to perfection. The translucent wrapper has a tempting, palatable color.
• Double-Skin Milk (Shuang Pi Nai): This dessert looks pure white and semi-solid, made from egg white and milk. It has two thin layers, one on top and one on the bottom, giving it the name Double-Skin Milk. It tastes soft and sweet.
