The Best Tour Experience in Hanoi Highly Recommended - We have a very happy day with Triet (Travis) and Mr Driver. It was the best experience for all the tours I had in Hanoi and Sapa this time. Triet speaks wonderful English and he is friendly and caring. We have our private tour with him for 1 full day in Hanoi and we successfully visited lots of places without too rush as it is our private tour. The timing is all about ourselves and that is wonderful. Triet is knowledgeable and professional, we have lots of questions and he is always trying to explain to us. We have some discussion on things in Vietnam and we are happy to know more about Vietnam from him. Triet is able to give clear instruction and arrangement on timing so that you know what and how much time you are going to spend on this spot. He cooperate with Mr Drive who is also professional and help to take the best route to safe some time. Triet brings us to a nice souvenir shop selling acrylic painting and it s okay as there are craftsmen doing demonstrations and it s good to understand how the painting was made. We brought a little box as souvenir and it s lovely. For lunch, Triet brings us to a local restaurant in the alley and the food there is simply but delicious. Lunch is included in the tour we only paid for our drinks. We enjoyed it very much! Then we went to the train cafe and it is a special experience I can tell. You should go and try yourself. It s a bit scary but its very special. Finally we went to the St John Cathedral and thats the last spot. We really appreciated the wonderful work of Triet (Travis) and Mr Driver. We have such a beautiful memories here in Hanoi and thank you to Triet and Mr Driver. Highly recommend to do it with Triet on private tour. All the best to you. And hope to see you next time.

Wonderful Private Tour in Hanoi - We enjoyed a fantastic day with Travis who is very friendly and knowledgeable. There were some awesome sights and the prison and the train were among the highlights for me. This is a really good tour and one I would highly recommend. I would also highly recommend Harley and Crossing Vietnam Tours who have helped us with several trips at a difficult time after the Typhoon. Hanoi full day private city tour with train street and puppet show - Our tour guide Mike was so knowledgeable and great at his stuff! It was a very enjoyable, smooth, and convenient tour. Will get them again when i go back to Hanoi!

Limited time in Hanoi and wanted to see it all in a day - This day trip of Hanoi was brilliant. Firstly,  we were expecting a private tour. The guide, Mike, was very knowledgeable and has a great personality. He was enthusiastic to show the best of Hanoi even of we were all melting from the heat and humidity. I would recommend to anyone that is in Hanoi for a short time and wants to see the highlights of Hanoi in one tour. The best part was train street.

Great overview of Hanoi - Duc/Aaron was our guide and he was wonderful. Got to see many of the main attractions and having a driver was great. Able to get to things faster and more comfortable especially since the weather was very hot. The highlight was train street so cool to be inches away from the passing train. Also we told Duc we would love to get some local artwork and he took us to a studio that makes the most beautiful lacquer pictures. They make and sell lacquer pictures as well as other items for your home or for gifts. Would recommend this tour and the company communication beforehand was wonderful through WhatsApp.

Amazing memories with knowledgeable and professional tour guide and driver!! - What an amazing day with Travis, our tour guide. The itinerary was well planned out and extremely interesting! Travis was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and kind. His English was impeccable. The highlight was our coffee on Train Street, what an incredibly exhilarating experience. Also, enjoyed learning about the various occupations and visiting the B-52 Victory Museum. Our driver was skilled and successfully navigated the streets without difficulty. Thanks again for amazing memories!! Overall, an amazing day and we highly recommend it.

Fun and enjoyable Hanoi tour - Fun trip in Hanoi, We went on Private Hanoi City Tour on Feb 20th 2023 , we had so much fun and learn a lot about Vietnam . Travis our Tour guide is great , he is knowledgeable, fun and taking good care of us , we are happy taking this tour .

Fantastic experience - Highly Recommend! - Absolutely fabulous tour! Mike spoke excellent English and had so much knowledge about the history of every site we visited. Egg coffee (amazing) as we watched the train whiz past our knees (thrilling) was a real highlight. Lunch was delicious and felt authentic - not overly touristy. My husband was not feeling well that day and needed to return to the hotel quiye early. Mike and our driver were very caring and attentive. Checking in and helping me bring him some food mid-tour while still making sure I got to see all the sites. I'm really sorry my husband had to miss this wonderful tour. A truly memorable day - Highly Recommend!

Great Tour - Our tour guide, Ty & driver, Mr. Quinn did a great job of showing us the highlights of Hanoi. We hit all the spots as advertised along with receiving lots of information about the city. They made sure we were comfortable, safe and well looked after. We would definitely recommend this tour!
