Breath of fresh air at Banana Island - My tour with Mr Marcus Nguyen was really nice and refreshing. I loved getting out of the city for a bit and explore parts of Hanoi that I haven't seen before. He also made sure to explain the History and background of the sights we're stopping by and always took time to take some pictures of me (which is super important as someone who's solo traveling).

Beautiful view of the farms - Great view of the countryside and seeing the farms up close. Not for you if you are afraid of traffic. But I didn’t die! Biking is a great way to see the city slowly

Excellent Experience! - My partner and I had a great time on our bike tour with Pink and company. Everyone was exceptional and kind-hearted. Pink was very knowledgable and took us to a good place for Bun Cha after the bike ride. Definitely do this tour if you like to bike. Request Pink as your tour guide.

Tour not as expected. - This experience had great reviews and we were looking forward to the bike tour through the countryside and train street. Unfortunately this was not a positive experience. The bikes were not in good shape. My front brake did not work, I was unable to shift gears and there were no helmets available for our bike ride. Our guide was helpful in navigating us through the crazy Hanoi traffic but it was unnerving not having a helmet. We visited the countryside and most of the stops as described but our guide was not managing the time well and we missed train street which is one of the reasons we booked this tour.

Don't book this particular company or activity - This was the worst experience in Vietnam and a waste of money. No ride to the country, expected to cross and ride in heavy highway traffic, nowhere to be seen any country ride, so very bad! Bikes were super uncomfortable, particularly the seats and their angle- never experienced that before and didn't have smaller sizes so a strain to reach handle bars and I am an average-sized person. The owner does not care, he should deliver what he advertises, extremely extremely disappointing. The guide was nice, that's all.
