• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight’s arrival.
• Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
• You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
