The best experience and the finest service. - Everything about the service was excellent, especially my customer service representative. They responded quickly, provided clear information, and patiently answered all my questions. I truly enjoyed the past two days of the tour, and I am very grateful that the staff promptly retrieved my lost item and returned it to me. This is definitely a highly recommended experience.

Ha Long Bay 2d1n tour - We had an amazing time at Phoenix Cruise. The ship was very nice and the food served was amazing. There were plenty of fun activities to do. I had an exceptional experience from the moment I booked my cruise. Maddie who assisted with my booking was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Excellent travel agency - When I booked the first time, the travel agency told me that the boat was full, I asked him to help me with the refund and the reservation of other dates was also very quick to help me handle well, the return delivery was also very timely, the whole journey was also very compact and not boring, very recommended

Recommended for family and friends - Great tour with the tour guide, Tony and the cruise team. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly on this trip and we had a lot of fun. It was relaxing and the facilities are sufficient for us. We went to all the places we wanted to go - the scenery looked like it came out from paintings super beautiful. The itinerary and duration of the trip was perfect for us to enjoy the views of Halong bay. It was not too rush and kept at a good pace. Also, the food is super great here. Will come back soon. We love Vietnam a lot. 🇻🇳 Will recommend to family and friends.

Lagoon Bay Two Days One Night - The view is really beautiful, very spectacular, this life must come a trip to the Bay of Lagoon, skating adventure, very nice experience, the beauty of the room looking out is truly unforgettable, absolutely worth collecting memories!

Great experience in HaLong bay - First time been to Ha Long bay, I appreciate to the travel agent Angela, she helped me a lot about the traffic stuff. Even our pick up and drop off locations are different, she still helps me to complete that.
Also the guide on the cruise is kind. Really enjoy the tour this time
