Phenomenal tour - This was a really fantastic tour. We got to see some great sights including the rice terraces, the Thai minority people and phenomenal landscape. The bamboo boat tour was especially fun, we got to sit with our feet in the water and watch the local children swim and play, while the adults fished and brought the buffalo to the river. Double Đức was our guide and he was great. He was very funny, gave us great facts and information about the area, and clearly loves his job. He made us feel really welcome and spent a lot of time making sure we had some great photos to look back on. He kept us up to date on all the timings for example when the bus would arrive, when lunch was being served etc. He was also very respectful of our space whilst we were at the hotel. Due to the weather conditions, we were unable to make the trek to the bat cave, however we still got to see so much and learn a lot so we don’t feel like we missed out. The accommodation was lovely. The views were incredible, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and room was clean and comfortable, and finally the food was outstanding (fresh, and big portions). Would absolutely recommend this tour if you want to see a side of Vietnam not well known. If you get Double Đức as your guide, you are in for a treat!

Magnificent stay with Mr Truong - We had the pleasure of having Mr Truong as our guide during our stay in Pu Luong. We had the chance to discover this magnificent region of Viet Nam. Between rides on a bamboo boat, the cave, the rice fields or even meeting the locals. We leave with our heads full of wonderful memories. Thanks to Mr Truong, who loves his country, we learned a lot about Vietnamese culture. He doesn't just stop at a simple visit, he ensures that our stay goes as smoothly as possible. He even took our dietary restrictions into account. We recommend it to you without hesitation.

Wonderful views, authenticity, awesome guide and perfect organisation - Everything was perfect from A to Z. After visiting Sapa, which also has marvellous scenery, I was happy to be in a place much less popular with tourists (the two are complementary: Sapa for the scenery, Mai Chau / Pu Luong for the authenticity). The organisation was perfect, I was picked up from my hotel in Hanoi (both bus, coming and returning, were very confortable) and then there were just three of us + the guide. The young guide, Tommy, was really passionate and motivate. He was very enthusiastic, dynamic and keen to communicate and share his culture and country. I really enjoyed chatting with him and he spoke very good English, answering all our questions. On the second day, I had a tour with a local guide, Tony / Tung, who was also very interesting and spoke very good English. You can really get to know the local way of life by chatting to the locals (who were extremely friendly, with the younger ones offering to take me fishing and the older ones offering to smoke bamboo), visiting a school and seeing the local handicrafts. Even though the weather was quite bad, the tour was superb. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view and a large balcony, and the possibility of leaving your things and showering on the second day in Pu Luong in another hotel was also superb. In short, I am very happy to have finished my experience in Vietnam with this tour and would have liked to stay longer to learn more experiences from Tommy, thank you to him! I really recommand this tour !
