- Tấm Cuisine - Hanoi Cooking Class & Culinary Experience - We are Tấm cuisine - a cooking class center which is founded since 2017. What makes us stand out from other cooking class centers are our hosts. They are Hanoian women who better than anyone know how to cook traditional Hanoi dishes, how to make balanced meals and how to choose ingredients by seasons. Moreover, they are the best story teller about Hanoi lifestyle.
Itinerary of the class:
4:00 PM - Our car will pick you up from your hotel (in the Old Quarters only) and transfer to Ngoc Thuy market. This is one of few vibrant and authentic local wet market left in Hanoi. There you will meet your host, she will then introduce to you about shopping habits of Vietnamese and briefing about the schedule of the cooking class.
4:30 PM - Start visiting the shopping area of live chicken, fish and buy all ingredients for the cooking class.
5:00 PM - Transfer to our location, tea break and rest before the class.
5:15 PM - Start cooking 4 main dishes of a traditional meal.
7:00 PM - Dinner time with your host.
