book them - 10/10 !!! I was skeptical about the reviews!! My Gut told me to book them and I did !! 10/10 amazing & most of all on time ! And communication process was great ! My next trip for sure I’ll book !!

Roundtrip Ride - Smooth ride, great driver. At airport arrival we couldn't locate, I called the number listed on confirmation, they responded immediately and driver arrived shortly thereafter. Also, picked us up at hotel for our return flight - same driver, on time. I recommend them!

Airport Shuttle Review - This hotel shuttle service would have received five stars, however I gave it three because the instructions provided by viator/the shuttle company was incorrect. Upon my arrival, the driver was not present with the “Taylored Jamaica Tours” sign. I had to get help from concierge at the airport who called the driver on my behalf since I did not have international calls available on my phone. Also, for the pick from the hotel, they did not confirm 24hrs before. I received a message at almost 10pm the night before from the shuttle company to let me know what time I would be picked up and taken to the airport, luckily I was still awake at that time. But With that being said, the shuttle itself was very nice and comfortable with AC. I liked the fact that it was a private shuttle. The driver was also very friendly and approachable. And most importantly, it was affordable!

Poor Customer Service - I booked a roundtrip airport transfer for our trip to Montego Bay. We didn't have any issues with the pickup from the airport. However, it was extremely difficult to get information for the return trip. According to the booking site, the "pick-up information will be shared with you at least 24 hours before your departure date. If you have not received this information within the given time above please contact the office at (876) 280-9392 as soon as possible." We did not receive the pick-up information from the company, as expected. I sent the company an email the day before our departure and until this day, they have never responded to the email. I called them multiple times from the hotel and no one answered the phone. I then sent them two messages on WhatsApp, and they finally replied four hours later after I stated I was the travel agent who booked the transportation and threaten to contact Viator's Customer Service. I would not recommend this company when there are better, more responsive companies available.

Avoid! - Paid 80 for roundtrip travel. Multiple calls about pickup when we arrived several other taxis and companies offered to take us, they eventually showed up and took us to hotel. They didn’t even show for pickup to airport numerous calls and messages to company no response. Viator was no help at all either! Get a taxi, plenty are available at the airports that will transport.

Bad experience - Do not book with this company they were late picking us up from the airport for our arrival . I had to call to find out where our driver was at, they did not have us on the schedule. Then when it was time for departure they did not come to the resort on time, after waiting in the lobby 30mins past the time of pick up they never showed up and we had to pay another taxi to take us to the airport or we were going to miss our flight. I requested a half refund and they refused to refund us. Viator should remove them from this app they are unprofessional.

A Masterclass in How Not to Run an Airport Transfer Service - Where do I start? Maybe with the fact that there was nobody at the airport to pick up my family—no sign, no driver, nothing. We had to rely on a complete stranger to help us track down the ghost of a driver who was allegedly assigned to us.
The phone number provided in the confirmation email? Dead. No answer, no help. They weren’t where they said they’d be. Shocking, right?
And just when you think the incompetence couldn’t get any worse, it did. When I emailed asking what went wrong, they accidentally replied to me with an email meant for a colleague—an email calling ME a liar. Yes, you read that correctly. In addition to not knowing how to run a customer-focused business, apparently they don’t know how to use email either. Bonus points for hitting “Reply All” when you’re bad-mouthing the customer.
(And for those wondering, they’ll probably claim I’m lying here too—just like they do in responses to other negative reviews. That’s why I included proof in the photos.)
It gets better: they never confirmed my return transfer until midnight before a morning pickup, and only after I emailed twice. Their confirmation email even threatens customers with a $30 penalty for being late meeting the driver. Hilarious, because the driver went to the wrong hotel and was late picking us up. I’m still waiting for my $30 inconvenience fee—since apparently common sense (like picking customers up where you dropped them off) is too much to ask.
Bottom line: Do not use this company. Spend a few extra dollars for an operator that understands basic customer service. I regret booking with them, and you will too.
