Excellent - The tour guide was very knowledgeable....but also has a good sense of humour.
My second visit to the Vatican...this time around I took my parents for the first....they thoroughly enjoyed it.

Below average - Val our guide spoke very fast- did not wait for the whole group to be together to explain the areas in Vatican or take care for older group members- luckily the guard took my 88 yr mother to a short cut no help from her- I would not recommend this company to anyone or this tour - family - older members
