All recipes will be delivered at the end of the experience, so that it is possible to reproduce them independently at home for friends and relatives.

You’ll have my professional support every step of the way while maintaining a casual and enjoyable environment. Our session is set in my culinary studio, a bona fide professional kitchen.

Great Italian cooking class - Excellent class with a great teacher of Italian cooking. Can’t wait to try what we learned in a fantastic Italian kitchen back home. Glad we booked this, well worth it.

Delisious - One of the best activities I made. So much fun, good food and people. Our chef was so nice and full of passion. You also have to check the cafeteria next door.

Brilliant cooking experience and delicious food. - We thoroughly enjoyed learning to cook Italian food with Ilaria.
She was enthusiastic and an excellent teacher. Her friendly style made the whole group feel comfortable and work together well. She also taught us much about Italian culture and the central role that food plays in it.
Highly recommend this experience.

Tasty, Informative and Fun experience - Enjoyed the chef instructions, menu and facilities. There were a group of 11 from all different countries which made it interesting. Plan to enjoy recreating recipes with family. Loved that Italians are completely obsessed with making food with a traditional methods.

The menu I signed up to... - The menu I signed up to cook is not what we made. That may be due to the fact that they changed my class time for an “event” I didn’t think to ask if the menu would be changed so I’m going to take the blame for that. It was quite fun though I felt the chef/teacher was exceptionally stressed which made me worried the whole night! She wouldn’t talk if anyone else was conversing/enjoying themselves even though these weren’t crucial instructions. I felt so worried for her because she would just shut down and stop talking until the whole class quieted like we were elementary kids.
When it says you get wine it’s a bit of a lie- some people get wine and some people don’t. It’s unclear how that works. Everyone gets wine during the dinner at the end but anything before that they charge for and it’s odd. Just make the class €5 more and give everyone “unlimited” wine. It doesn’t make sense to me.

LACK OF SERIOUSNESS - I made the reservation two months in advance for December 26. And obviously the dates were open and that's why I was able to do it. Travel from Mexico to Milan and 5 minutes before the scheduled time I received a cancellation message from the Chef. They altered my itinerary and my time has no refund
