Would have liked chef to spend more time with us. - Learning to make the food was fun and informative. Unfortunately, since only 7 of 10 people were signed up, the market and coffe parts were cancelled, which were the reasons I signed up for this particular class. Chef seemed rushed and left us to mingle among ourselves for long periods of time. Also, I would have liked to see how they made sauces which were served, even if it was not a hands on part.
