- Trani - In this picturesque coastal town in Puglia, you will have three hours to have lunch and visit its main attractions. - Castel del Monte - Once the visit of Trani has concluded, we will head towards Castel del Monte, one of the most important medieval castles in Puglia.
Once you enter the fortress, we will give you a brochure that will allow you to discover for yourself the history of this imposing bastion, built at the time of Emperor Frederick II. The monarch was so obsessed with esotericism and geometry that his knowledge was present in the construction of the fort. Please note that the cost of entry to the castle will be your responsibility.
During your visit to this castle, declared a World Heritage Site, you can stroll through its rooms and its octagonal patio. This structure, halfway between the square and the circumference, represented the infinity of the sky.
