Excellent time horse riding in Tuscany - Calm well kept horses, friendly guide and beautiful scenery. Remote location so car is preferable. Definitely wear long pants as trails have overhanging branches that you can brush up against.

Awesome trail ride ! - Our riding experience was awesome, the horses were calm and sweet souls. Our guide from Gambia was so kind and made us feel very comfortable.

Wonderful Experience - The guide was wonderful, everyone on the team was very kind. My fiancé and I had a great time, and we rode with one other couple. It was the first time my finance had ever rode and the guide was very helpful in teaching us certain techniques.

This is a must! - We absolutely LOVED this experience! It was beautiful and our kids had the best time riding horses. Our guide was so fun, friendly and helpful. He was always making sure everyone was ok and that we were all safe. It was definitely a highlight of our Italy trip! This is a must!

Beware if you have no transport. - The guide Aladdin was fantastic however the address given is not correct. The taxi from Siena cost me 40 euros to get there and the driver could not find it. After making 2 calls for me as I don't speak Italian and driving to 2 different centres he eventually found it. There was nobody there to greet me and no-body spoke English until the guide Aladdin showed up. Great tour but no Chianti Hills or vineyards seen. No transport back to Siena so the Equestrian Centre had to give me a lift back costing another 20 euros so in total 135 euros for the tour. I raised it with Viator but they insist the address is correct despite another reviewer saying the same. Poor customer service.

Disappointed - Sadly, I must give this a poor review. It was advertised as a 2.5 hour ride in part through vineyards of the Tuscan countryside. It started one hour late and lasted less than 60 minutes. The guide was a very nice gentleman but was unable to take responsibility for the late start and short ride. Additionally, we did not see one vineyard. We are familiar with trail riding but the two novice women in our group who were enthusiastic but not confident/ comfortable with their horses definitely put a damper on an already below par ride. The horses were very calm and well behaved and easy to ride. After much back-and-forth through Viator chat and email, I received an unsatisfactory partial refund.

Look for something else - Bad, old and poorly groomed horses eventhough we advised the organiser firm the beginning that we were experienced riders.
