Impressive logistical assistance and great tour experience - Great friendly, warm, empathic service from Meital at Tourism Israel Head Office in suggesting and then detailing how we could leave our Jordan tour at Amman, rather than returning to Israel to get a flight out while the war with Hamas was in progress. This followed cancellation of our flight home from Israel by Emirates, even though it had been booked months before. Jordan tour guide and driver, Feisal, was extraordinarily helpful and effective in showing us the sights of Jordan throughout the length and breadth of the country. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to both Meital and Feisal of Tourist Israel on their sterling service and generous hospitality. - Roger and Annette

A trip of a lifetime … - We had the best experience for our first visit to Israel and Jordan. We started the tour in Jerusalem, then went to Amman, Wadi Rum, Petra, Aqaba and back to Tel Aviv. The staff were very professional and timely in their communication from start to finish. Service is top notch for the price point that is hard to match somewhere else. We stayed in Orient Hotel, Al Sultana and Al Manara which Tourist Israel booked for us. We were probably also lucky as there were only 3 of us in the group and we had personalized tour and itinerary. The jeep experience in Wadi Rum and sunrise camel ride is a must do activity. It was one the best trips I’ve ever taken. Thank you Tourist Israel for making it happen. 🙌🏾

Unforgettable Jordan experience! - Petra was absolutely amazing, and we were glad we spent a second day there to explore further! Amman was fascinating! And, the Wadi Rum desert and Martian tent were super cool experiences! My only complaints are we could have used one more day/more time in Wadi Rum, and the border crossings were disorganized and unclear as to what exactly we needed to do.

Crickets . Possibly out of business - We never made it. They refuse to give us back our refund of our deposit. All the airlines gave us back our funds. Stay away unless you want to never see or hear from them . Do not give them a credit card

STAY AWAY: No refunds for cancelled tour - Horrible company! They cancelled my tour because of the war and promised a full refund. This was 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for my money. They have stopped answering emails, Whatapp and phone calls. There is literally no one you can reach in this scam of a company. Do not book anything there, you will not get service nor your money back. I'm not the only one with this problem. They are keeping the money to stay afloat while defrauding all their customers.

Disaster Trip with Terrible Customer Service - Unprofessional guide first day and half. He was constantly on his phone or chatting with friends on the street while the tour group stood wondering what was happening. He would bring us to sites, talk for 5 min., then tell us to explore on our own for 90 min. The second night he left us in the Jordanian desert, but told us another guide would take over in the AM. That never happened. Our driver, who spoke no English, got us to Petra where chaos ensued trying to find is a park guide. The group lost 2 hours in this process. A temp park guide did his best to salvage the day and fast track a tour for us. Most of our group was returning to Israel at this point, but we were supposed to stay one more night. I tried calling Tourist Israel to see if we could return early with them, but couldn’t get through. I sent an email with what had transpired to this point and our plans to return. No response. We made the bus ride to Israel and crossed the tense border only to find the bus to Jerusalem was full. The bus attendant got on the phone with a supervisor who immediately blamed us for making the journey without approval, despite the fact they were unresponsive. I got on the phone with them and asked if we could work toward a solution. They continued to blame me AND TOLD ME TO GET BACK ON THE BUS AND GO BACK TO JORDAN. They promised customer service would reach out the next day but they never did. We got a hotel in Eilat at our own expense and on the public bus to Jerusalem. In conclusion, Tourist Israel is the way to go if customer service, enjoyable travel, accountability, and professionalism are not important to you.
