Everything essential was conveyed - The guide Daniel was very friendly and had a good, personable manner. Especially if you are staying overnight in Jerusalem, the beginning is a bit annoying, as all the tours are put together and distributed at a large meeting point. It seems a bit chaotic. Anyone who expects highly detailed historical details may be disappointed. But you will definitely get an overall overview and insight. You can always buy drinks along the way, at the shops you pass by. There is also a 10-15 minute toilet break in a souvenir shop, but you don't have to buy anything, you can also buy something to drink right next to it and wait a bit.

Bethlehem - Elias was very knowledgeable and he made sure we were all accounted for. The tour to Bethlehem and Mount of Temptation was wonderful. The weather in August was very hot. We have to hydrate by bringing water and getting fresh squeezed juices. The tour stops were enough for bathroom breaks. We stopped at a store. They served tea us tea and Baclava. They even gave us some free small crosses and Dates.

Half Day Tour in the Old City - Itamar did great with a pretty diverse group. Engaging, informative, flexible, and helpful even for things outside of the tour. Clearly an experienced guide who understood what this diverse group was looking for. Stops were organized and timed just right to keep everyone engaged, fed, and happy throughout.

Dan Porges to the rescue - We had a confusing situation where I signed up father in law by mistake for this tour and we realized we had to walk and he could not (he needs a walker). Fortunately, Dan Porges was very helpful and he found a can driver who could take him close tp the Western Wall so he could go there. Dan, although Jewish, was respectful of our Christian beliefs. He also took us for a tour a few days later to the Dead Sea and he helped me figure out how to take my father in law to the beach. Dan was also very knowledgeable and I later looked up some of the famous portraits he has done of Israeli prime ministers, intellectuals, and musicians. Dan Porges is a great guide!

Wonderful day out to see the holy sites of Jerusalem - We booked half day tour of Jerusalem with Bein Harim, our guide was Itamar Buk. We had a great day seeing the important sites of Jerusalem. We learned a great deal about the history, culture and why Jerusalem is so important to the 3 main religions. Itamar was very knowledgable, with a great sense of humour, he made everyone feel comfortable and kept the group together. There is a good deal of walking involved on this tour. Sometimes it was difficult to keep up, but Itamar made sure the whole group could hear his explanations. I would highly recommend this tour. Well done Itamar you’re doing a great job! Keep it up!

A historic tour of the bible. Am I was quite knowledgeable - Am I was a knowledgeable tour guide and provided excellent information about Jerusalem, which helped me later explore on my own. I just wish we could have stopped in more places and seen more sites rather than standing outside in the sun. Am I was very funny and quite humorous. I really enjoyed his company

We were asked to meet at... - We were asked to meet at 7:50am, but the actual tour started at 9:00am which meant we wasted too much time just waiting around to be separated into buses. Overall the knowledge of the tour guide about history and landmarks was good, but we didnt like the fact that he made us go into a specific store as part of the tour where the owners tried to incessantly sell things to us. This made us feel uncomfortable and we would have much preferred to be given some free time to explore the shops on our own instead. We had the unfortunate incident of losing two members of the tour who were very delayed in coming to the pre-determined meeting point. Because of that we weren’t able to enter the Holy Sepulchre as the guide told us the line was closed just to make it in time for lunch. Given that this was the main landmark of the tour, we were very disappointed that we wasted time doing other things (eg forced visit to souvenir shop) rather than prioritizing our entry to the Holy Sepulchre.

Worst tour ever - We’ve been touring with Viator for 10+ years. First, late pickup on shuttle, assigned to wrong tour bus, complete disorganization at meeting spot, no representative on site to help. Tour guide, Avi, was incompetent and so soft spoken, many people could not hear him. He only spoke to few people next to him. We left after a few minutes at first stop. Waste of time and money. Were forced to find sights and information on our own.
