Amazing Solo Experience! - I booked this tour last minute (the day before) and was able to get in contact with the tour guide (Nasser) immediately and he was very accommodating. As a woman doing this tour solo, I was at first a bit nervous but Nasser made me feel very comfortable and safe. As a tour guide, he did a phenomenal job explaining everything, answering my questions, and also taking some AMAZING photos. Even though I was on my own, Nasser and everyone we met along the way was still super engaging, welcoming, and accommodating. This excursion was so memorable and I would highly recommend it to others!

Excellent day trip from Kampala - This was a great day hosted by a brilliant and very informative guide (Nasser). The highlight was of course the boat trip on lake Victoria to see the source of the Nile, however I also really enjoyed the waterfall stop and bbq food at the side of the road. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nice rewarding day trip out of Kampala.

Fantastic weekend in Jinja - We had an amazing weekend, thanks to Ondaba Africa Safaris we could enjoy the wonders of Jinja like Lake Victoria with the sunset boat ride, the Nile Bridge, the source of the Nile and Ssezibwa Falls. Besides having a guide who knows the terrain and a very friendly driver.

BEAUTIFUL DAY - I recommend this trip because it allows you to come into contact with the population by visiting the village and its inhabitants who always welcome tourists with a smile. Ugandans are really special. The boat trip and the visit of the source of the Nile is an experience to do. Relaxing landscape with waterfalls. Our Nasa guide is very knowledgeable and friendly in fact we decided to book the city tour with him after this experience

A great way to get out of the city for a day - An excellent way to spend a day. My guide was informative and engaged, but also gave me space. The drive gives you changing views of urban and rural landscapes, allowing at least a passing glimpse into the vibrant variety of life here. The intentional stops along the route broke up the monotony of the drive, and of navigating traffic. I particularly appreciate the involvement of local operators, from the boat tour to the street food, even to the obligatory souvenir stops.

Exceeded Expectations: A Must-Do Jinja Tour! - The one-day Jinja tour completely exceeded my expectations! Each stop was more breathtaking than the last, and Nasser’s in-depth knowledge brought everything to life from a cultural perspective. He’s not just a great guide but also an excellent driver—I felt completely safe on the Ugandan roads with him at the wheel, which says a lot. Highly recommend, and I’m looking forward to another tour before I leave!

A great day out and more - This was a full day’s tour that delivered on everything that was promised and more. The highlight was, of course visiting the source of the Nile but Nasser went out of his way to answer two additional requests I made; firstly to sample an excellent cup of Ugandan coffee and secondly to visit the very interesting railway museum in Jinga. Highly recommend.
