Places Nepal Trek and Tours - Our airport representative will be waiting for you outside Tribhuvan International Airport with your name on a signboard. They’ll take you to your hotel.

If you arrive before 4 pm, we will have a pre-trip meeting at our office. If you arrive after 4 pm, our team will meet you at your hotel.

Drive to Machha Khola (890m / 2,965ft)

Machhakhola - We’ll start our trek by taking a local ride to Machha Khola (2,965 feet).

As we journey through the countryside, you’ll be treated to stunning views of villages and the beautiful Nepalese landscape. We’ll spend the night in cozy accommodations in Machha Khola.

Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1340m / 4396 ft)

Jagat - Let’s trek 19 kilometers to Jagat today, gaining 4,400 feet. Enjoy beautiful landscapes, suspension bridges, and waterfalls. Experience local culture and stay in Jagat.

Trek to Deng (1897m / 6224ft)

Trek to Namrung (2630m / 8626ft)

Namrung - Today, we’ll trek from Deng to Namrung. As we ascend, we’ll encounter a diverse range of flora and fauna. Explore traditional Nepalese villages and visit ancient monasteries along the way. We’ll end our day in the picturesque village of Namrung.

Trek to Shyala (3500m / 11480ft)

Trek from Shyala to Sama Gaon (3530m / 11581ft) via Pung Gyen Gompa

Samagaun - Start with breakfast and enjoy Himalayan views. Hike uphill to Pungyen Gompa, then return to Samagaun. Explore Samagaun and Ribung monastery. Stay in Samagaun.

Acclimatization at Sama Gaon & Trip to Manaslu Base Camp (4800m / 15748ft)

Trek to Samdo (3875m / 12713ft)

Trek to Dharmasala / Larkya Phedi (4480m / 14698ft)

Trek to Bhimthang (3728m /12231ft) via Larkya La Pass (5160m / 16,929ft)

Trek to Dharapani (1910m / 6266ft)

Dharapani - Today, we’ll descend from Bhimthang to Dharapani. We’ll walk through scenic pine and rhododendron forests, passing through charming villages and terraced fields.

After a day of trekking, we’ll arrive in Dharapani, where we’ll spend the night.

Drive to Kathmandu (1400m / 4344ft)

Kathmandu - Today, we’ll take a local bus back to Kathmandu, enjoying the scenic journey along the way.

Upon returning to Kathmandu, we’ll celebrate the successful completion of our trek with a farewell dinner.

This is a great opportunity to reflect on our adventures, share stories, and bid farewell to our new friends and guides.

Departure from Kathmandu (1400m / 4344ft)

TIA - On your final day, we’ll transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight. This marks the end of your unforgettable Manaslu Circuit Trek.
