Amazing Annapurna Panorma Trek - We had an amazing ten days experience of the beautiful land of Nepal with its warm and friendly people. We did a five day trek to Anapurna Poon Hill which we strongly could recommend. Even if it was quite exhausting to reach Poon Hill, it was absolutely worth the effort when the high mountains showed themselves at their best in the morning sunrise. Magic. Spending the night at teahouses are a very nice way to meet people from all over the world meets over a cup of ginger lemon tea and exchange experiences. Homestay was another pleasant experience. We stayed with a family who opened their home to us and treated us as just another family member. We learned how to cook Nepalese food, got a taste of the local cuisine. The homestay was in the former capitol of Nepal, Nuwatok, a peaceful part of the beautiful country. The itinerary was well organized and planned by Thirdpole and if you have, like us, eight days to spend in Nepal, a five days trek, a day and night homestay in Nuwatok is a good choice. We loved our days in Nepal and hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you Raj, Ram, Lalu and Deepak at Thirdpole for making a memorable trip.
