Setting Sail to Surin Islands

After leaving my finance job in Seoul to backpack through Southeast Asia, I found myself in the Khura Buri District of Thailand, eager to explore the vibrant underwater world of the Surin Islands. With some free time on our hands, I chose to explore the island further, taking in the lush landscapes and serene beaches.

The second snorkeling stop was just as mesmerizing as the first, with different reef structures to explore. As the day came to a close, we boarded the speedboat for the return journey, arriving back at our hotel in Khao Lak around 5:00 pm. Despite the less-than-ideal boat ride, the overall experience was incredible, and I left with memories that would last a lifetime.
