Great guides - It was a great experience. The guide that took us there went above and beyond and introduced us to various local cuisines when we mentioned that we were hungry. They were kind and aided to translate when locals speak to us. 5/5 would recommend

Excellent trip - We went with Made who was just a perfect guide, spoke perfect English, i myself like understanding the history of what happened along with taking a couple of photos and he was just perfect! Picked up right on time from the hotel Overall an excellent experience 🎉 me and my wife enjoyed it very much😄

10/10 recommend - Bill was our driver to and from the base camp. He was very nice and on time. Roody was our jeep driver. He made sure we got the best view to see the sunrise.

Magically! - Incredibly magical experience to see the sun rise from M Batur! We felt very safe with the pickup and our guide Arman was incredible! He told us stories and took absolutely fantastic photos of us. Subsequent tour to the lava fields was also very good, recommended. The only thing that was not clear was that the jeep cannot drive all the way up to the top, you get about halfway. It didn't do anything, but initially we thought we were going to the top.

Great Tour! - Suraya picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable. Safe driver! He brought us to Made who was our driver for the Jeep up the mountain. Excellent driver and he took many great pictures for us! Would definitely book with them again!

Good experience but weather dependent! - We switched from the hike to the jeep excursion and we were relieved that we did! Arman was our driver and he took us up in the up very steep dirt paths and we arrived in time to get the perfect spot for the sunset. Arman is an awesome driver - I would not have been able to navigate up the steep hills! Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy so we did not see much of the sunrise, but you can’t control Mother Nature. After the sunrise, we went to the black lava fields, which was super cool to explore. Finally, we went to a coffee plantation to sample coffee and tea. Overall, we had a great experience with Arman as our guide as he made the best out of the situation.

Amazing experience, greatly organized - The organization that this all took was great. The guide driver picked us up in caangu. Everything was all ready to go when we got there. The mountain was beautiful, loved visiting the coffee plantation was A great spot! Book with these guys we added the hot spring package and it was such a beautiful spot
