- MTR Jordan Station - The meeting point is at exit A of Jordan MTR station. From there, the group will visit a nearby fresh food market to purchase ingredients and explore the area. Afterwards, the group will head to a cafe to prepare and cook organic xiao long bao and organic dumplings. Finally, everyone will enjoy the delicious food they have prepared.
The entire experience will take approximately 4-5 hours, depending on the pace of the participants and the number of guests.

Participants will receive hands-on, step-by-step instructions to master the cooking techniques for both xiao long bao and dumplings, which can be easily replicated at home. All xiao long bao wrappers are made from scratch, and half of the dumpling wrappers are also made from scratch. There is an option to make all dumplings from scratch as well. Additionally, participants will learn how to prepare the fillings and wrap them in a traditional, classic manner. Before the class, there will be an opportunity to explore our traditions and culture by visiting a local fresh food market. Vegetarians are welcome.
