Can’t recommend highly enough! - What a great day. Very early start to beat the crowds. Our driver Peter picked us up from hotel at 6am and delivered us safely to Auschwitz keeping us well informed about what to expect. Peter took care of everything when we got there and we were part of the first English tour of the day… no waiting time! At the end of the few hours Peter was waiting to take us back to Krakow. Highly recommend this tour. Good value, great communication from our driver before and during the trip and we were very well looked after.

Engrossing Auschwitz visit facilitated by Igor M - Excellent trip, thanks very much to Igor M, the driver / escort - he looked after the small group throughout, drove very safely (no hair-raising moments), in his comfortable people carrier, managed the ticketing and waiting part when we arrived at Auschwitz (note, waiting not his fault, it's the system), and was throughout polite and always positive. Oh, and he has very good English. Can recommend without reservation.

Moving, humbling, thought provoking and more. - Everything we expected and more. Learnt a lot, put a lot of things into perspective. Very humbling and moving. Our tour guide did an amazing job, explaining everything in detail.

Auschwitz trip - Very good, would definitely recommend. Got there early so driver Piotr took us to a lovely bistro for a coffee.... Thank you

Long but superb day to Auschwitz, Birkenau and the Salt mine. - Although Auschwitz was not my choice of tourist attraction (my husband wanted to go), the excellent organisation of the tour was perfect! My husband found Auschwitz and Birkenau really unique and thought provoking. The tour of the salt mine was superb too and is a must! Well worth the early start! Our driver David, was young, enthusiastic and knowledgable of the surrounding areas and history etc. he even gave us some restaurant recommendations. As the Mercedes car was only 8 seats, this made for an intimate trip with lovely fellow passengers who we got know know during our time spent with them which was a lovely addition. I’m not a fan of big groups! All in all an excellent excursion!

Excellent trip, very well organised. - Our trip was a bucket list trip, our guide Kristoph was very knowledgeable and the tour was excellent. It’s a lot of walking so wear comfortable sturdy shoes and take drinks and snacks for going round. I would highly recommend booking this trip, our driver Peter messaged the night before to introduce himself and give us a pick up time from our hotel. He was friendly and I felt very safe in his van. We were on a shared trip and had some older people who needed a bit extra support, Peter was amazing and so patient with them, answering all their questions. When we arrived he ensured we got in in time for our tour to start and that we knew what to do when we came out. A very well organised trip with a safe and confident driver. Thank you so much Peter, you helped to make our day very memorable.

Auschwitz tour - It was a special experience about ww2 auschwitz birkenau The the driver took us neatly to the destination. And on the way back, the driver brought us back to our hotel nicely

Terrible local agent - I booked a tour for two, clearly advertised as including “Hotel Pick Up,” with a scheduled departure at 10:10 AM. The confirmation indicated that I would receive pick-up details directly from the tour operator. When I hadn’t heard anything by the day before, I sent a message via the Viator app at 2 PM—no response. By 6 PM, I tried contacting them through WhatsApp, only to find their number wasn’t connected. My attempt to send an SMS also failed. At 7 PM, I asked my hotel to call the operator, and they were told I would be contacted within the hour. Finally, at 8:30 PM, I received a message stating the pick-up would be at 7:20 AM from Pawia 18 K+R (with no explanation of what K+R meant). This was nearly three hours earlier than the scheduled departure and, importantly, was not a hotel pick-up as advertised. The following morning, we walked to the designated pick-up point and met the bus at 7:20 AM. After making two additional stops at hotels, we arrived at Auschwitz around 9 AM, only to be informed that our tour couldn’t begin until 1:30 PM, leaving us with about three hours to fill. To his credit, the driver did his best and took us to a nearby restaurant to pass the time. While the tour itself, conducted by official Auschwitz Birkenau guides, was fine once it finally started, the disorganization and lack of communication from the local operator, along with the unexpected three-hour delay, made the overall experience frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend booking with this operator.
