Such a beautiful day - We had no idea what to expect.. be prepared for the best day with a superb & knowledgeable driver (Peter) who went out of his way to make our excursion memorable. The breathtaking views of the mountains, the cable car ride, cheese & vodka tasting, beautiful historic churches & the wooden buildings are simply amazing.. we would do this trip a hundred time’s over.. such good value & the added bonus of a kind, safe & well informed driver. Thank you Peter

Trip to Zakopane - Our driver Lukas was on time. He took us to Zakopane and back to Cracow driving safely for more than 6 hours in total. He was very friendly and helpful answering all our questions and he took some really nice photos of us upon our request.

Great tour, great driver! - I went to Zakopane on a sunny Wednesday, and when I arrived at the meeting point I realized I was alone. It would be just me and the driver. At first, I thought it was weird, but since the driver, Lukas, was such a great guy, the trip ended up being even better than I had expected. He adapted the tour to what I wanted to see because I was alone, gave hints about what to do in Kraków, told stories, made me laugh all day and did a great job showing the place around. On my free time alone, I had the opportunity to go up the mountain, eat amazing cheese, fish, ride the kart through the mountain, go down and see the small shops and great coffee places. Zakopane is a must!

a very nice part of Poland - This visit combinates nature en culture. The Tatra mountains are very nice. There are wooden houses and a wooden church, and a nice smal museum in a wooden house. We were lucky: we were the only travelers that day, so we had a private tour. Our guide Lukas was very friendly and he told us a lot about the natuture and the history of the area.

Let down at Zakopane - Firstly want to give 5 stars to our driver Peter. He was friendly and went out of his way to make the trip enjoyable. On the way to Zakopane we stopped at a traditional cheese factory . It was fun and we got to sample some cheese and a shot of vodka. Along the way we drove through a village where houses were made from wood and had a tour in one of the houses 100s of years old where an elderly lady spoke about its history and Peter our driver would translate for us. We then drove to a lovely church the views were amazing along the way as we drove higher. The trips main event was Zakopane . However this was a disappointment. Tou take the rail up to the top only to find stalls upon stalls selling foods gifts ice cream and bars . It took the ambience away from it's natural beauty and trying to get a photo of the views proved difficult . We stayed for half an hour at the top and came back down as we felt we had seen enough. At the bottom you are then walking through more stalls (which is nice if you want souvenirs) but I felt it spoilt the whole point of the trip. We met with our driver Peter earlier . Our choice because we had seen enough and he took us to a lovely little church not far from.Zacopane . It was made from wood . The carvings were beautiful then we went on to the ski jump used from.the Olympics.( you can take a cable chair up to the top) but I dont like heights so declined. Peter was even going to wait if we wanted to do this. After this he drove us even higher where we were closer to the mountain peaks. Ideal spot to take photos Even though Zacopane was a disappointment being spoilt by stalls thw journey there and back to the hotel made up for this and because of that we were not disappointed. Peter was an excellent driver and tour guide and he went out of his way to make the trip enjoyable. Just bare in mind that the things you see on the way and the journey back to the hotel were far more enjoyable then the view and unsightly stalls spoiling the trip to the top but we are glad we did it. We would have given a 5 start review but for this.

Zakopane & Tatra Mountains - We booked a tour to Zakopane & Tatra mountains with Tutti tours in Krakow Poland. The driver turned up on time & was a pleasant man & the vehicle was a safe & clean . The drive took about 2 hours. We were shown to a little hut at the side of the road to taste cheese & look at the smoke room we were there for about half hour. We then got taken to zakopane to the mountain railway. He bought the tickets for us & we were told to be back in 1 & half hours. It was really stunning at the top of the railway. Everything was being prepared for Christmas. After we came back down we had a little time to look at the market stalls. I felt that only an hour & half to go up railway & look around at zakopane wasn’t enough as there wasn’t time to get lunch. We were then shown the ski jump. I did ask the guide where we were going for lunch & he took us to a restaurant but think if I hadn’t mentioned lunch he would have headed back. I felt it was a bit of a waste of money which was £140 for our trip & didn’t get to spend much time there or shown the beautiful lakes or the village with wooden houses.

Don’t think this should be called a Tour - First note - Driver was really good, prompt, vehicle clean and comfortable... This is the positives. The driver advised we were heading to Zakopane and catch the funicular up the mountain to Gubalowka After the two hour journey (only the passengers were talking) no information being provided we arrived. We were advised “I’m just a driver and not a tour guide” he led us to the oldest church in Zakopane (no information about it), we then walked to the local historical museum with a laminated piece of paper explaining what we will see. We had 40mins but walked around it in 20mins as there wasn’t any information. thankfully the weather was on our side, we went on the funicular to Gubalowka and had 4 hours... thankfully this is what helped and saved the day, as we enjoyed a drink overlooking amazing views. I even had a go on the toboggan ride (8 zlotty)... After 3 hours (an hour early) we’d had enough. We drove to the ski jump. Just about had enough time to jump out, take a photo (5min stop) and then headed back to Krakow... I saw on other feedbacks for this trip there is talk of a cheese stop and also cable car option by the ski jump.. we didn’t have this or offered it, nor did we get much to see other than the Main Street in Zakopane with a lot of tourist shops. Personally for the amount of money it was the bare minimum, This is basically a taxi / transportation only trip rather than a tour.
