Great tour! - We took the tour to explore Florence and Pisa after our cruise stop. It was fantastic! We had enough time to visit most of the tourist attractions and return to the cruise on time.

Long day, but worth the drive - Florence was better than expected. Not enough time there, but we understand the compressed day. Pisa was a quick photo op and shopping kiosks. Very hot....but fun. Our guide, Francesco, was energetic, witty, informative and made a long bus ride enjoyable.

Barely enough time to visit the highlights and get lunch. - We enjoyed visiting both cities. However this tour was too much for just one day. We weren't able to have anything like an authentic experience in these cities. We didn't have enough time in Florence to visit the things we would have liked to see. In Pisa we had just enough time to climb the leaning tower, grab a few drinks in a convenience store and get back on the bus. This is no fault of the tour operators but the nature of the short duration in the visit.

Eze - Eze was a waste of time, too crowded and wasn’t clearly stated that tickets were needed to access the top so didn’t have enough time to go back to get them.

Florence and Pisa - Something to see - Francesco was attentive as a guide. The bus comfy. Pay attention on the directions to the meeting points. It's not a straight line back.

see above - The sites were great and Lumi, our guide, was wonderful keeping way too many people organized. She tried to find us shade when possible. The bus was not good at all! The temperature outside was over 100 degrees but the AC on the bus was not working. It was a terrible. Lumi messaged the company but they said nothing could be done. I will never book a tour on a motor coach with so many people again. Going forward, only small group tours for me.

Speed tour - Complete chaos! We met, got on the bus and my family had paid for the walkabout with Tina. She called our names and verified while we were on the bus and we all raise our hands and acknowledged that we were there She also announced that we can purchase water for 1 euro when we get off. The bus stopped and we bought water, looked up and she was no where to be found. She had left us. We have two family members with strollers. This is not for strollers. When we finally ran and caught up, she took us up and down stairs and did not wait for anyone. The tour was rushed and we got about 5 mins everywhere. This should be a separate tour. Trying to push two stops is not a good experience. I would not recommend this tour company

Not as sold - Florence and Pisa are beautiful cities but very little information from tour guide who is not a official guide. He just took us to key areas, gives you 10’ to take photos and free time. One member of tour tripped over the badly maintained paved areas and the guide just stood there and waited for her to join the group. Do not follow him to his recommended restaurant as service is terrible, food pricey and 1 dirty unisex toilet. Public Restrooms are hard to find, cost 1€ and dirty. You have to pay for the 3€ cover charge each, to eat or drink and use restrooms, of which there is commonly just one dirty toilet

Stay away!!! - This tour is an absolute chaotic mess. It is a huge tour bus, double decker, filled with 75-100 people. Imaging walking the crowded busy streets of Florence with 75 people in 100 degree heat. It was awful. We left the group and went on our own. I would never book this again or recommend it.
