Outstanding service with excellent people. - Getting to know the glacier with them was spectacular. We have to highlight the seller's attention. It solves everything for us. And we have to rate and recommend Tobias and Maxi. The guide and the driver. Super attentive to me (for whom trips are very bad) always asking, helping, making the trip spectacular. There is little that can be expressed about the glacier other than that it is impressive and the boat ride fascinated me. I was amazed. I hope we can come back and do the mini trekking and walks through other glaciers. The company is highly recommended. He dropped us off at our hotel, picked us up where we had agreed and Tobias' ease of explaining everything is excellent.

Good value for birdwatchers - We enjoyed the back road ride, seeing lots of birds along the way. The mini hike to see some icebergs was also good. Note the boat ride to the glacier is not included (about £14 each). The boardwalks were quite crowded by the time we arrived, but we still had excellent views of the glacier. The guide was very helpful and informative. She spoke good English. The tour is actually in a minibus, not the 4x4 vehicle shown in the main advert. This may actually have made the ride more comfortable!

Unreliable prevent at all costs if possible - We unfortunately had a terrible experience. We waited for almost 2 hours in the cold at our pickup location before we finally gave up. Despite the "agreement" on the meeting point that we received 24 hours in advance (which was a 15-minute walk from our apartment for some reason), nobody showed up. To sum up the events: After 45 minutes of waiting, we started to feel uncomfortable and sent a message to the company just to make sure they weren't forgetting us. It took some time to refresh their memory, but once they got our reservation number, they had all the information in place. More time went by, and we understood that the supplier made an error. Of course, this can happen, so we came to a new agreement: The supplier would send a private car to pick us up and rejoin us with the tour. After a total of 1.5 hours of waiting, a small taxi showed up. The driver looked at us for a few seconds, and when he realized we were a family of 5, he left the scene in the blink of an eye. Both the temperature and our mood hit an all-time low. Again, we started texting with the booking company to find out that the supplier made another mistake by sending a small car instead of a mini-van. After 2 hours, we gave up and returned to our apartment. Luckily, the booking company, acting as the middleman, informed us that we could book a trip directly with them on the same day. Although we were a bit skeptical, we decided to give it a go. In the end, this alternative to the "Alternative tour" was nice. My recommendation is to double-check with the booking company and ensure that this supplier does not forget about you at least 24 hours before you plan to go on this trip. But in all fairness, they have lost all credibility, and I would choose a different tour since there are plenty of alternatives.
