HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - More than recommended. We chose the 48 hour ticket and it was certainly the best option. The bus allows you to approach any area of the capital and take a broader view of it. It took us to see spectacular views and also included free parking in the English Cortes (5 minutes from stop 1) throughout the day. You can take advantage and go to the beach! Also free museums and a drink with lid on the terrace of the English cut. We will repeat without a doubt! 10/10.

Sightseeing - Easy to access from cruise ship. Wheelchair accessible. Audio was very hit and miss and at least a 35 min wait at some stops.

Short but fun - We had fun seeing the city from an open top bus, it’s true there’s not that many stops on the route but we took advantage to visit the shopping center las arenas along the way. The busses came very regularly, we had no trouble hopping on and off. Make sure to put plenty of sun cream though there’s no shade on board and the route is a bit more than an hour.

Hop on Hop off : not true! - Not a very exciting city, so you can describe Las Palmas from the top of the tour bus. But, what is more, the company doesn't keep its promises. So we hopped off at the second stop, a shopping centre, but we didn't see the bus come back anymore. So we returned on foot to the start again. What a disappointment! Think twice before you opt for this type of entertainment.

A Waste of money and a loss of confidence - No expected guided tour. Sound system uninteresting and patchy. Buses driven as though they were on a race track. 1 unanounced photo stop and unless you were able to get upstairs you saw nothing. The price for what we received was outrageous. And it was the most talked and shared talk on the boat at suppertime by heaps of very disgruntled passengers. It did not merit in any way the good reputation that HOHO has among frequent passengers

Don't!!! - Waste of money! It's really nothing. We did it with 4 people, but for that money you better take a taxi. Old town is nice but the route is very short and bad.

Avoid- worst hop on hop off ever - I wish I had read reviews. We do hop on and hop off in most destinations and they are normally pretty good. I am not sure if our driver got lost or the tour was just really poor. We literally went down the same street past a lighting shop 4 times. No history, mainly music and that’s if you find a headset that works. There was a lot of people who didn’t have sound. Do yourself a favour and walk or get a taxi to see around. But definitely do aquarium if you have kids. Well worth the money unlike this tour.

Hop on & off bus ruin a day of our vacation. - We did not see one hop on hop off bus the entire afternoon. We went to several stop & never saw a hop off bus. I tried to call, texted& email & no one responded to me. I used the hop on & off in other locations during my vacation & always saw many hop on & off buses. I am entitled to a refund because your company to live up to the contract. I will rely my bad experience to everyone. I know because it was not my fault that I did not see one bus the whole afternoon. Your company took our money, didn’t give us the service & refused to refund the money for the ticket. Bad business .

Dont do it! - Abysmal - Wished I'd read the reviews before we went! 6 of us took this dismal tour. it cost 150 euros for us all, the commentary was poor, no history of the island, nothing of interest. The route mainly busy streets . Total waste of money and our time, The income that this service makes should be reinvested in the buses, phone jacks and a total revamp of the commentary. Customer Services- don't keep giving the same apologies - do something about the abysmal trip.
