Lovely day tour to Sintra/Palace/Cabo da Roca and in-between stations - We had such a fantastic time on this tour! Our guide was incredible—super knowledgeable, explained everything so well, and kept the energy up the whole time. The enthusiasm was contagious and made the experience unforgettable. Even though it was 8 hours, we didn’t feel bored or tired for a single minute. Time just flew by! Highly recommend this tour—it’s one you won’t forget!

Good times in Sentra. - We had a good trip. Our driver was knowledgeable. He dropped us off downtown when we got back since we were leaving early the next morning. It was a rainy day but it was still fun and worth doing.

Crappy weather made up by an excellent tour - Traveled with my toddler and husband and we had a great time. We saw all the things and Igor had the best attitude the entire time. My kid loved him so much that when we asked him what is favorite thing to see on the tour was he said,”Mr Igor” which is pretty special considering he didn’t nap and he was soaked in rain.

Best guided tour I’ve ever done! - Igor. Is. AMAZING. I travel quite often and have been on many guided tours. This was my favorite EVER. He is so knowledgeable about Portuguese culture and history, but delivers the information in such a fun and relatable way. I’m usually a person that puts in AirPods and does my own thing, but I was completely engaged the whole day. There was never a boring moment. The sights were absolutely breathtaking. Lunch at Toca do Julio was delicious and the wine was flowing! I cannot recommend the Sintra/Cascais/Cabo de Roca tour highly enough. Go off season for a more personalized experience!

A joyful trek to Sintra and elsewhere. - A truly amazing way to journey to the lovely Romantic era palace and city of Sintra. You get to see so much with a great guide in a Ricky, who never misses a chance to add a detail or two about the cities. The added stops along the route to Cabo de Roca make it even more worthwhile.

If you go with Luois you are safe!!! - First of all, if you want to spend a fun, culturally exciting and carefree day, you have to make sure that your guide is Louis! Prepared, precise, to the goal of making you waste as little time as possible so you can totally enjoy everything that leads you to visit! From the time you get into the Van at the start to the final descent, it is a river of information, anecdotes, brought with the right seriousness but also great humor!

Excellent tour of Sintra with and excellent guide - Excellent tour with an excellent guide, great way to visit Sintra. We did this tour on a Sunday in a small group. Luis our tour guide was great. Took care of all the logistics, very knowledgeable and friendly, and even handled multiple languages. If you’re in Lisbon and want to get out to see Sintra, Peña Palace, Cabo de Roca, and Cascais, this is the only way to do it. Just enough time for each. I recommend you walk about 8 mins at your Sintra stop off to Cafe Saudade for the best lunch in Sintra.

Great tour but a few things to know before you go - Our tour guide was wonderful and the small group was definitely a plus to help move things along quicker. National Palace of Pena tickets are NOT included, so if you would like to tour the inside of the palace be sure to book your tickets separately and well in advance as they sell out quickly. They are timed entry so make sure to read the tour instructions for the specific time. If you don’t get tickets (some of our group did not) you can still walk around the outside of the palace which is great including fantastic views of the city, palace grounds, and architecture. Note that you will be walking up a good distance of hills to get to the palace itself. We had 5 total stops in the tour, and if I had anything to complain about it would be that we didn’t have enough time to see and explore a few of them. Also for awareness there are lots of windy roads for those who may get carsick in an 8 passenger van. Overall it was a fun experience and would definitely recommend!
