BEST DEAL IN TOW - DON'T MISS IT!!! - Terrific Driver. Very well organized. Clean, comfortable Bus. Great itinerary. Excellent narration in English. Very good musical interludes. Fine itinerary, with the best stop in Montero - especially the funicular ride to the top and back.

Got to see it all! - The people running it were very nice And helpful. It was like serendipity. Every time we looked for a bus it was there. When we got up to the Funicula it was there. It definitely saved us a lot of steps.

Worth d experience. - Although the Q is long from the town centre. There was a cable car trip to the church of Our Lady of Montera it was a great surprised. The view is spectacular. The driver was great. Maybd add more busses during cruise season to avoid long Q.

Italy trip - Lots of nice things to see, but they were short on the hop on hop off busses, so we did not get off the buss and explore. I understand the top of the tour, to go walk up the hill and see the nice views.

A pleasant surprise - This was a pleasant surprise. We had gone into Livorno from cruise ship and was not impressed. Though I will say we were distracted. The next day we took the hop on hop off bus and realized what was fantastic about the city. We got off and walked the beach, putting our toes into the Med. The driver was very pleasant.

Crowded and hard to buy a ticket - Tried to get on the hop of hop on tour in Livorno. It only runs from 10 am - 4pm. The bus only hits each spot once an hour. Impossible to buy a ticket, if there is more than one cruise ship in port. We just got a map of City and walked to dome of the attractions instead.

Disappointing Service - The main reason I rated it with only 1 star was that we were arriving in Livorno aboard the cruise ship Enchanted Princess. The port call had to be cancelled due to extremely poor weather conditions. I sent a request for a refund due to circumstances beyond our control but viator hasn't not taken the time to response back to me concerning a refund.

Genoa Hop-on Hop-off - We scheduled our time in Genoa in the Hop on Hop off bus as our day trip to Cinque Terre was cancelled because of bad weather. Please be aware, there is only one bus and it runs every hour whereas most cities operate more than one bus. I cannot recommend this tour. The wait times are way too long. We just cut our losses and walked around town went to the market and had a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant! Don’t waste your money!
