Pisa with Sabrina - We took this excursion on 10th Aug 24. Sabrina was our tour guide and was 1st class. The information she gave us not only about the history of the excursion but the local area on the way there and back on the bus was brilliant. She is so passionate about the area and this was clear to see. I could of happily taken the same excursion again with her back to back. Pisa itself was beautiful tho very very hot, the day we were there. We took the 4hr excursion and found it more than enough to get photos at the tower, visit the Chapel and get an ice cream. If Sabrina is your tour guide you'll have a great tour!

Great half day! - Easy meet up point and great guide! Our time was short in Pisa, but that was expected with booking a half day tour. Everything was well organized!

Well organized and efficient Tower visit - This is a short and sweet visit to the Tower and related buildings in Pisa. If you want to get there and back efficiently, this is the way to go. Our guide was superb, providing some background in 2 languages on the drive to Pisa. We were able to climb to the top as well - it’s a bit of work going up smooth, slanted stone steps. There is not enough time to sit and have lunch, the most you’ll have time for is a snack break. We were easily able to find lunch in Livorno upon our return. Pisa is crowded and our guide appointed an easy meeting spot - no tourist left behind.

Great - It was great. Christian was super nice and he told us a lot of information. He was really kind. He was on time with everything. He was the best tour guide ever!!!

Was unable to make the tour - I was ill and unable to join the tour. The tour guide contacted me promptly to ensure that I wasn’t running late.

Great tour - This was a great tour. Our guide, Alecia (sp?) was personable and professional. We were able to see the Cathedral and climb the Tower. The views from the tower were amazing. We found the Shore Emotion staff much more professional and friendly than the other company.

Great half day experience - A must see! The transportation was easy & simple. I would suggest go early. The crowds are huge and taking pictures can be difficult.

Half Day Shore Excursion: Pisa And The Leaning Tower From Livorno - Viator needs to require vendors to have “Viator” signs with the name of the tour so they can be found. We had a very hard time finding the tour people. The description was inaccurate!! Too much walking in the heat ! No mention of a 15 minute walk in the heat to the site! The bus was parked at least 15 minutes from the site !! Long walk! Walked very fast - we had people in our group that walked with a cane/walking stick. Our group was spread out over a whole block at least.

No tour with cane. - Trip was good but the tour needs improvements. To get on the tour bus was crazy. Seemed so unorganized. .Tour guide went too fast,she walked & talked too fast. Several people had canes and couldn't catch up to the tour guide. Also several seniors requested bathroom and she didn't stop right away. A group went on their own, they couldn't catch up. If you are a slow senior,or use a cane, this tour is not for you.
