Jack the Ripper - Jack the Ripper Tour with Owen was great. He was very knowledgeable and a great guide. Saw some interesting things we wouldn't have had we not taken the tour. We learned a lot. He gave great recommendations that we took advantage of and had a nice time. We were the only two on the tour so the intimacy was nice. Ended up near Brick Lane and had a beer at The Ten Bells after the tour. Took about an hour and a half.

Park and Palace tour w/ Sarah - fantastic! - We did the Park and Palace tour with Sarah as our guide. It was fantastic! We enjoyed all of the information shared and it was a pleasure having Sarah lead the tour!

Good tour - We enjoyed the tour of London. It takes about 2 hours on the landmarks tour and if you want to do the parks and palaces (we didn’t do this) then in total 4 hours. The tour was very good at giving information and we enjoyed the nice views of London. The street seller James was lovely and the guide Sarah on the evening tour was very good.

Not enough busses - Would recommend a hop on hop off bus to do in London. However, there were very few topview busses on the route and if you intend to hop on and off a lot you could be waiting 20-30 minutes for a bus. Other operators have lots more busses so less waiting time.

Not great - The commentary was poor. Very little information. Lots of music on crappy little earphones. It wasn't always playing at the right place it would talk about something after you were past it. There is no explanation on how to get your boat tickets and no-one available to ask. One of the guides from another company helped us out. Whole thing could have been so much better.

Terrible, terrible, terrible - Terrible, terrible, terrible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! We had friends visiting and decided to do this tour to give them a good overview of London. What a disappointment. There was far too much music and far too little information about all the wonderful historical, architectural, literary, and amazing areas we drove right through with music but no acknowledgment or details about what was right in front of our noses! My husband and I have lived here for over 30 years and know London well, but thought this would be a good opportunity to garner some more tit-bits of useful and interesting information & knowledge for ourselves. We were truly horrified at what measly facts were presented with all the potential material TopView had to work with. We didn't have enough time to use the boat ride nor the walks provided and perhaps those might have been better, but we only paid for bus trip and will NEVER do that again.

Beware and Don’t’ go with Top View - Beware, Scam of a company! You’ll waste a lot of time waiting for a bus- if it ever comes! We had to take an Uber home after waiting for 50 minutes and no sight of a top view bus. We saw multiple busses from all the other companies but no Top View in sight. I would recommend ANY other company but this ONE! There’s a reason they “offer” you more perks to get you to buy their pass.
