Great way to see the city - Owen was a top notch - great wit and willing to answer our questions. Dan did a great job navigating the streets. Almaz was also an amazing bus driver. So capable and friendly. Jim was a wealth of helpful and interesting information.

Katrina and tosh - Katrina and tosh were great. Really fun listening to her and talking with her when it was just the 3 of us ( the spooks people). Paul was great too but we spent more time with her. She kindly told me how to get on the walkway of tower bridge and told me someone lives in the tower of London which we didn't know. Highly recommended

Londoner Learning new things! - As a Londoner I am always spectalive about doing touristy things in London. My wife and kids wanted to do an open top bus tour. I was pleasantly surprised. We only waitied 8 mins for a bus. I have seen other reviews say they were waiting for ages...not sure where they were as we found the service in Central London very good. The information given by the audio tour was a mix of historical and fun...I learnt a lot. Tickets were reasonable but I would say that the seller was a little pushy and english wasnt the best. This is why I cant give 5 stars. If I am buying a ticket in London I would expect them to have a good knowledge of London and this guy did not. But we enjoyed the tour anyway!

Top View - Top Service from all staff and very knowledgeable. - This was great for many reasons. Firstly, you had a guide (Owen) who was a wealth of knowledge and very entertaining. The best thing was you could ask questions along the way. We certainly did the full range of things that were offered in the 48 hour bus pass and on each occasion, we managed to have Owen each time not only did he give us information about the sights but also provided us with local knowledge on places to eat and the best times to see some of the sights. Nothing like local knowledge. Great work Owen we had a great time and hope that we can meet up the next time we are in London. Also, the staff you have at each bus stop were also very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable asking lots of questions. Well done to all the Top View employees we encountered in our travels. They certainly helped us navigate our way around London.

TERRIBLE Company. But exceptional live guides. - The live guide was FANTASTIC. Everything else about this company was a DISASTER. Customer service gave me wrong addresses for stops and were completely wrong about how to gain entrance to the Thames river tour. No one seemed to know what was going on. I did get a lot of exercise running after busses because customer service couldn't get me the correct stop address. This company shouldn't be in business.

Horrible Company with Tiny Fleet - SCAM!!!!!! This company is literally the worse out of approximately 4 options. Judge for yourself. Sot at one of the pick up locations where all of the tour buses operate and make a note of how many Big Bus, Toot Bus and Sightseeing brand buses you see in just 10 minutes. I guarantee you, TopView will not compare. I believe they have a fleet of 2 buses in all of London. The other companies put them to shame. When I asked for a refund, they had the audacity to say they would allow me to travel to another location and use my pass. As if I would plan a vacation around using their horrible service. Stay clear!
