Fun and easy - Fun and easy to use, very comfortable, worth the price. A lot to see and a lot to learn. These buses are also nice to use to get from one place to another without learning how to use the local buses.

Disappointed but satisfied! - I can’t really review the actual ride as we didn’t take it. Apparently we weren’t informed when we booked that the roads would all be closed for St Patrick’s Day. I can however review the company and say they were very helpful and refunded our payment immediately.

Unbeatable customer service - Are these people serious?!? Of the dozen people working for the bus company yesterday, every single one was kind and patient and cheerful. After a flight from Houston where we got no sleep, we toured around on the bus all day transferring between routes until we could go to our hotel. It could have been a really hard day, but the staff actually walked us to our connecting points making sure my elderly mother didn’t get lost and not going too fast. Fantastic way to see and get around London. So many stops. Will be my go-to next to time I’m in London. The only thing I would recommend is that they look into the app—I had a few glitches in the audiotour. But it really was minor. Overall the audio was awesome and actually gave us a lot of great ideas that we didn’t find by Googling.

Got to see London. - The trip was fun. We had the 48 hr and saw many sights on all 3 routes. Due to traffic, we didn’t hop off much. Would do it again.

Good for a rough view of London. - One of the most unprofessional tours. Though there was an audio portion, often, it didn’t correspond to our location, so it was hard to follow along. Twice, our driver turned off the bus and left for about 10 minutes without telling any passengers what was going on. This is fine for viewing London but not as informative as other hop on hop off bus tours.

Worst London tour experience I've been on - Of all my years doing the bus tours in London, this episode was the worst (the bus segment). The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful and gave us misinformation. A group of 5 of us started the tour at 1:32pm and did both blue and yellow line. We wanted to finish our tour with the city cruise. When we got back to Victoria station after 5pm on the blue line we were told to take the yellow line to get back to the city cruise pick up. That turned out to be false as the blue line would have gotten us there quicker. The elderly African driver on the yellow bus route was angry and kept shouting at us and told us we should go back on the blue bus route to get to the cruise. We explained to him that his colleagues told us we should take his bus to get there. He stormed off the bus to confront his colleagues about it, then we were reluctantly told to stay on the blue route as they don't have anymore drivers- this angered the driver even more. We were driven past the Picadilly stop where they changed drivers and wasted more time. We asked the new driver if we could still catch the city cruise and he said we should forget about it as its too late. This meant we got to the London Eye stop at 7pm feeling dejected as we really wanted to do the cruise. Luckily, one of my friend suggested we should still go to the pick up point to see if we could get on the cruise and we managed to get on the very last cruise of the day. The cruise was a much better experience as the staff we welcoming and professional and the tour guide was very funny and knowledgeable. Overall a bad experience for my friends who were visiting the 🇬🇧 for the 1st time. Will stick with the Big Bus tour for next time as I am guaranteed a better experience.

Recoded tour is mostly just music. - Narration was terrible, we really wanted to learn about London. Went on 3 buses and two loops and didn’t learn much. The recoded line mostly played a weird variety of music, and when there was a quick narration, it wasn’t very good/educational. We had two day passes and ended up just taking the city bus for the second day, it got us there faster and you can learn more about the city from google maps/Wikipedia. The river cruise on the other hand was great and had a live tour guide, we learned loads about the city on that.

I do not recommend! - The lack of customer care is deplorable! Tried to contact the your operator through Viator app to find out where the stops were so I could “hop on”….no response se whatsoever. Went through several rabbit trails to finally discover I need the Tootbus app for that information. There was no information given on any of the buses about the sights or the stops. Completely missed Westminster Abby as that stop was announced as Big Ben. The last bus I hopped on was surly and you could tell she hated her job. There are several more bus services that provide this same experience—book one of those instead.
