Diving in Cabo San Lucas - We did the 2 dive tour in Cabo San Lucas with Brandon as our guide. Both he and the captain of the ship, Flash, were very attentive throughout and gave us an amazing experience. We were the two divers alone with the guide and the boat. We saw a huge school of mobiles.

Hundreds of rays and excellent instruction from Angela - The Manta team, and Angela especially, led my husband and me on 4 great dives in the Cabo Marine Park (Pelican Rock, Neptune’s Finger, and Land’s End) and Corridor (Blow Hole). We added the “Refresher” option to our first morning (my husband is recently certified and my last dive was ~2 years ago) and really appreciated the extra attention and care from Angela to get us comfortable with our rental gear and in this new environment! Well worth a little extra time and $40.
The Cabo/Corridor combo package was great for seeing two sites and getting a nice boat ride (tip: the combo package sandwiches are tasty, but communicate dietary needs in advance as they are all ham and turkey), but the Corridor visibility and marine activity wasn’t as good as the Marine Park, so our second morning we did two tanks in the Marine Park and it was a great choice! We saw HUNDREDS of rays (mostly cow nose, but also mobula rays, one mobula japanica, one spotted eagle ray), moray eels, a white tip reef shark, sea lions, and so many fish!

Amazing dive experience! - We had a wonderful 2-tank combo dive to the Corridor and Cabo reserve this week. The shop is very professional (and a short walk to the boat), rental gear was great and we can't say enough about our divemaster, Angela. We don't dive often and Angela made the entire experience so enjoyable. She assisted us on the boat with our dive plan/equipment and really put us at ease in the water to enjoy some great dives so close to the harbor. We both highly recommend Manta and plan on returning soon!

What an amazing experience! - What an amazing experience! I had not been diving in two years and did a refresher course with Manta / Julio. I booked three days of diving with Manta. The biodiversity of the area is amazing, and I was in good hands with Julio and Angela as I rediscovered my passion for diving and worked on some skills. Julio was especially amazing on the trip to Gordon Banks. If you are new to deep diving or it has been a minute, ask them about hiring a personal guide for this trip. I learned that hammerheads are shy and he helped me to stay calm while we observed these amazing creatures.

Great team at Manta! - I spent a week with Manta, and got my Advanced Open Water certification with them. Great people, equipment, and dives. I felt safe, and I had a great time! I dove with Chuy (Jesus), Baptiste, and Paulo. Terrific team all around! Make sure you do the night dives around Pelican Rock, and check out how different the Corridor is from the bay. Thanks, Manta!

Always a Great Experience!! - These guys always do a great job. Easy to book. They stick to the schedule. Their equipment is great. Boats are clean with plenty to eat and drink. EVERYONE knows what they are doing. The guides are smart, mature, capable and speak great English. Brandon did a great job with us and jumped all over it when I had a little issue on our dive. Just a 100% class business.

My first Cabo dives - Brandon was my dive master. We had spoken before the dives about what I hoped to see. He pointed out almost everything that we had chatted about. The vis was ok, it’s September and storms pass thru, but still good dives. A big thank it you to all of those on the boat and in the shop.

Cabo diving experience - The Manta staff are excellent professional and Jesus the dive master was great. He attended to all needs and was very interactive with divers. Diving was very good but not like the Caribbean. Visibility is around 23-30 feet. There is a lot to see with marine life. Water temp are cooler and need a 7mm wetsuit. Very enjoyable experience. Would not hesitate to do it again.

Did not get a good dive instructor - I had signed up for a refresher scuba diving along with the combo dive as I had not done a dive in a year.
My instructor was Angela, I did not have a good experience with her. She went through the instructions very quickly and did not seem to care too much on being my instructor.
There was another dive instructor for two other divers who came with us on the boat.
He was attentive to his divers and giving a lot of details about their dive etc
The boat driver Johnathan was also very helpful.
I don’t think I will dive with Manta again
