Amazing experience will do again !!!! - My sister & I booked an excursion trip which included zip lining, horseback riding & atv. Staff was super friendly staff. Special shout out to Mika, Daryl during zip lining made us feel comfortable even when my sister chickened out they were very supportive. Special shout out to our tour guides for horseback riding especially Tyrique! Amazing guide super friendly made the ride comfortable and fun. Last but not least ATV was incredible special shout out to Stephen. Amazing guide super knowledgeable & ensured we had a safe ride & enjoyed our self to the fullest. Would highly recommend!

Good times. - We had a wonderful time and the ppl were even better. I recommend everybody try this when you visit. We’ll be back. Ritchie from zip line and Kingston from horseback riding were our guides. Much respect.

Thrilling Adventures Await at Chukka Ocean Outpost Sandy Bay! - My visit to Chukka Ocean Outpost Sandy Bay was an absolute blast! I opted for the zipline and ATV excursions, and I couldn't have made a better choice for an adrenaline-packed day in Jamaica.
Ziplining had always been on my bucket list and experiencing it amidst the stunning landscapes of Jamaica was a dream come true. What made the experience truly memorable were the fantastic tour guides – Richie, Andre, Roman, and Nizar. Their professionalism combined with their infectious humor made the zipline adventure an unforgettable one. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt safe and at ease, even managing to ease any pre-zipline jitters with their jokes and friendly banter.
The zipline excursion exceeded my expectations, offering breathtaking views and exhilarating thrills as we soared through the treetops and over the sea. It's an experience I'll cherish forever, thanks to the outstanding team at Chukka Ocean Outpost.
The adventure didn't stop there – the ATV excursion was equally fantastic. Elijah, our tour guide, was fantastic. His enthusiasm and knowledge added an extra layer of enjoyment to the journey. He even took the time to capture memorable moments during our rest breaks, ensuring we had plenty of photos to remember the experience by.
Riding through the safari was an absolute thrill, with each turn offering a new adventure and a rush of excitement. It was the perfect way to explore the rugged beauty of Jamaica's countryside.
If you're looking for an adrenaline-fueled adventure in the Lucea area, look no further than Chukka Ocean Outpost Sandy Bay. Great experience!!! - Had a great time and the guides were all friendly and helpful. Cecil was our guide with the horses and he showed us the lime plant and let us smell them. Also picked flowers for us.
We had CJ, Romain Jr and Sr help with the zip lines and they explained the process and was very professional.
I’m glad we went on a cloudy day. It wasn’t too hot with a beaming sun but still great weather. We did two excursions, arrived around 9:30 and left at 1:30 so we made great time as well.

Interesting Experience - The guides were Wonderful. The horses were great. I didn't like the horse poop in the water as we were riding through the ocean. I understand that it can't be avoided but I wasn't mentally prepared.

Horseback riding, zip lining and ATV riding - We had a great time doing the horseback riding, the guides were very helpful and patient in helping everybody get used to riding their horse, the ATV ride was a lot of fun also, the zip line was fun, but it was only 3 short lines so it was over in like 10 minutes. The only reason for 4 star is because of how adamant some of the guides were on being tipped. I have no issue what so ever tipping when I appreciated their help and had good service, but a few of them were very persistent, mainly on the zip lines. There was five guides and they all wanted to be tipped equally from everyone whether they actually helped you or not. But other than that we had a lot of fun I would definitely recommend going. BUT If you are going to book a tour thru your resort, book at least two or three things to do for the day or you will be stuck there all day with nothing to do and no shuttle bus coming back until the afternoon.

We missed our boat ride... - We missed our boat ride due to the other activities and were given a hard time when asking about a refund

Aside from that we would’ve did great!

Terrible management! Workers are outstanding - Hated it! This plus completely suck. First off, when we arrived, we picked two options. We were in groups one for the first excursion and third for the second excursion. It started with the way we were greeted. There’s this lady I guess she’s the manager and she wanted to charge us to just sit in the lobby. We were like ok, we have our children doing tow excursions. She didn’t care. Then we had to wait close to two hours for the second excursion. It was a mess! Save your money. Don’t come here

Ruined My Entire Trip - These people ruined my birthday vacation to Jamaica.
I booked a day of excursions and was told pick up was for 8:15am. We waited in the lobby and no one showed up. We finally contacted customer service and then found out the driver was waiting in a different lobby of the hotel?! And when he arrived had the nerve to accuse of us not being on time. But the only reason he even found us was because we contacted customer service.
Then we get there, every employee is disgustingly rude and has an attitude. Instructions were super unclear and I witnessed a man complaining to the front desk that he could not get his locker open with his belongings because the key was faulty.
We just decided to leave without doing any of the excursions, and they had the nerve to tell us no refunds on a $400 day trip ruined. Fortunately, that's not how banks work in the U.S. Then they made us pay for the ride back, on a package where transportation was included, for which they claim no refunds.
I was excited about this particular part of my trip and Chukka ruined it. There are dozens of other companies on TripAdvisor that offer the same activities and if I could go back, I would book with one of them and I highly recommend that you do if you're reading this.
