• Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
• Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
• Stops 1 and 16 on the Red Route will be closed every Sunday from 9am until 4pm due to the closure of Paseo del Prado to traffic. An alternative stop will be set up on Calle Alfonso XII
• Saturday 12th October - the service will be interrupted between 9:30am and 3pm
• Sunday 13th October - from 9am - 11:30am, there will be route modifications. Stop 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 on the modern route will be affected
