Coud have been Organized better. - Amanda was a great guide. 1) Change the print of the meeting place.Simple,entrance to the park! 2) should have been clear at the time of booking that the park tour is at 10am and the museum tour at 4:15pm !!!

The phenomenal guide and the great visit - We really enjoyed the visit, and the anecdotes and detailed explanations that our guide Ismael provided us. It was a little short, but we were able to continue on our own afterwards.

Incredible two tours with Rocio at Prado & Retiro Park - highly recommend!! - I recently booked with IBE for tours of the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. Our guide Rocio was AMAZING!! She had incredible historical knowledge, was so thoughtful in her anecdotes, and made both experiences wonderful. She was passionate about explaining so much history of Madrid and Spain, I can't imagine having a better guide. Definitely recommend!!!!

Super Guide but audio system à improve - Reuben, the Guide, very didactic and friendly with a great knowledge of art and also history. I liked the system: some pictures (the + representative) are explained for a while (2h30) and then general explanations are given so that tourists who want to go freely where they are interested. The only thing that did NOT convince me was that the majority of Guides (minus mine) wore a microphone and headphones which allowed greater freedom of movement to the tourists and better listening to the explanations of the guide because everyone listened to the information with headphones. The Prado is crowded and there are times when you can hear absolutely nothing no matter how hard the Guide tries to raise his voice.

Retiro Park and Prado - We enjoyed our tour of Retiro Park. It was very nice The Prado part of the tour however was disappointing because with the crowds (and other tours looking at the same selection of paintings) it was often hard to see the artwork. And although our guide was very nice and informative we did not hear a lot of what she said either because of the lack of “whispers” earphones that other tours seem to provide. With the crowd and acoustics etc it was hard to hear her unless you were standing right next to her.
