Interesting and enjoyable experience - What an amazing day! Oliver met us in Dubrovnik; he was extremely friendly and knowledge. We were driven to all of our locations in a very comfortable people carrier. We stopped at an oyster farm which was incredible. Delicious Oysters, Grappa and Wine! The oyster farmer was informative and funny. We then stopped at the salt warm where we learned how salt is produced, the salt has only been harvested the previous week! We then went to two different vineyards and tasted some delicious organic wine. At the second vineyard we were treated to a delicious home cooked meal. The vineyard owner was again, very friendly and funny. We would highly recommend this experience, amazing from start to finish!

Best thing to do in Dubrovnik!! - This tour is absolute must-do on your holiday in Dubrovnik Area! Me and my mom went together and Olivier was our Guide. He is a very profesional yet friendly and funny and his companion is enough to make this trip memorable. But! The salt area, oyster Farm and vineyards are absolutely stunning! The oysters we ate were delicious but also the whole farming proces is amazing. During the tour we had a chance not only to try all those Dalmatian delicacies but we also learned from Olivier all this details about croatian traditional cuisine. He is Perfectly prepared for the tour and all the information are available for normal, not profesional wine lovers like us. Our trip was simply amazing and I could never think of better way to spent my last day in Croatia. This tour is an absolute must-do ❤️ Highly recomended ❤️

Absolutely perfect - Everything about this tour was amazing! It was a perfect blend of activity and education - from going out on the boat to visit an oyster farm (learning their unique technique and tasting the most delicious oysters with homemade wine), to the salt pools in Ston and then of course the wineries and the amazing traditional lunch! Oliver was a perfect host/guide, the wines and food were top notch (you can ship home wine if you decide to buy - which we did!). The lunch which was home made by the wine family was one of the best meals we had during our trip. Be sure to not skip dessert! ;) This was our favorite tour activity we did and one of our best days on our visit to Dubrovnik!

Our favorite thing we did in Dubrovnik - I wanted to wait a few days after this tour to review it so I could confidently say this was our favorite thing we did in Dubrovnik and it certainly was. Oliver was our guide for this tour and he was fantastic. He and his wife run Dubrovnik Food Story and have done an amazing job curating their tours. We all agreed this tour felt like we were on an episode of “No Reservations”. We got to try some fantastic Croatian wines, eat fresh oysters straight from the sea, try salt from the oldest salt flat in Europe and eat wild boar from the Pelješac Peninsula. Everyone we met along the way was extremely hospitable and made this experience feel so special. If I could give this tour 10 stars I would. If you’re considering booking this tour, do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate!

Fabulous experience in Peljesac & Ston - This was an amazing full day tour with Oliver. We started in Ston, visiting an oyster farm, going out on a boat to see the oysters gathered. I love oysters & these were the best (& largest) I have ever eaten. We visited the salt farm in Ston & learned a lot. Then on to 2 wineries where the vintners could not have been more welcoming & justifiably proud of their craft. At the last winery, we were treated to a peka lunch - simply delicious! Oliver was a superb guide: very knowledgeable & engaging, and kind & respectful to all he encountered - not just those on the tour, but also the hosts at the various stops. This was our last day in Croatia & a great way to close out our vacation.

I’ve done lots of vineyard tours and this by far and away the most personal and it truely felt like they put real effort into making it special for us. The food was incredible, the wines fantastic and you’d be hard pushed to leave empty handed! 100% recommended!

živjeli - This didn’t feel like a tourist activity - it felt like an experience I needed to have before leaving Dubrovnik. Even though we are all tourists, we got to experience a special trip through the southern part of the country, through many towns and covering lots of mileage, moving from vineyard to vineyard. Oliver was the perfect host and a great driver - we felt safe, well advised, and confident throughout the trip. We stopped at this *epic* ‘Oyster Farm. Being a New Englander, I didn’t think there was much I didn’t know about oysters, but it turns out - there’s a lot. First stop was to this little town and boat dock, we get on a boat and head to this moored barge that was just chilling in the middle of this unreal brackish water bay where these endless oyster farms were. The main boat dude hauls out these massive, boulder like oysters and gives each of us 5. October is off season, and I was told there were ‘smaller than normal’ and to come back in the Spring - no joke, these things were bigger than my fist. Had to chew these things. Honestly, I would have been happy with just the oyster farm trip - it was amazing. Boat dude had a bottle of his father’s white wine, which was amazing too. After wine and oysters, we go back into the car and head to two vineyards / winery’s and have some really great local wine. The second winery included a pretty epic lunch - the pictures posted on TripAdvisor are pretty darn accurate when it comes to food - it’s what we ate / got and it was really fun. The winemakers sat with us and spent time with us, they were happy to receive our group of Googly tech people and we were happy to chill with them. This was easily the best part of this entire trip - walking around Old City is fine I suppose, but you miss 90% of what makes Dubrovnik amazing - the coast, wine, food, people, views, landscape - OTHER CASTLES (they are everywhere; shame shame shame). After this tour, I’m completely rethinking how I do vacations in Europe - I am leaving with a much better sense of what ‘Croatia’ - even this tiny bit at the bottom of the country - is all about and I want to come back.
