Totally worth it - Hassan was our guide and he was amazing! Always taking care of us (making sure we weren’t run over by mules), arranging dinner/lunch,m (also vegetarian by request) and hiking with plenty of breaks. Views were amazing! Just some advice, because this wasn’t really clear to us: You can just bring a small backpack. You can rent a jacket, gloves and a hat. You will really need it cause it’s so cold at the peak. There are blankets in the refuge. No toilet paper, so bring that! There were some showers, so bring a lightweight if you want. Earplugs and a mask are necessary if you want a few hours of sleep in the dorms. We were allowed to leave our big suitcase at the company. Pick up was all arranged and went smoothly.

10/10 Recommend! - We spontaneously booked this two day hike up to the top of Mount Toubkal and had an amazing time. The guide, Lahcne, was super friendly, knowledgable and we always felt very well taken care of. Would recommend this trip to everyone who is (even modestly) into hiking, the route is not that technical and with the guides from Imlil Treks you will enjoy it even more!

Excellent experience in the company of friendly people - Great hiking, non-technical, incredible landscapes, in the company of our guide Mohamed, who despite being 25 years old already has experience of more than 100 climbs to Toubkal. Organization with impeccable logistics by Abdelattiff. Challenge not to miss.

Great experience - An excellent tour with guide Ibrahim organised by Abdelatif. We were able to arrange an extra day added on to our tour to visit a Berber village, which I would highly recommend. Excellent food and guiding.

2 day hike Toubkal ⛰️ - We’ve just returned from our amazing 2 day hike up Toubkal mountain, yes it was tough at times but I couldn’t fault our experience . We were picked up from our accommodation in Marrakesh, driven to Imlil, where we stayed in a riad, clean, comfy and good food. After breakfast the next day, we met our guide, Abdul, he was excellent!! his english was good, he chatted to us all through the hike, pointing out places of interest. He paced the walk perfectly, I don’t think all of our group we’d have made it to the summit if he hadn’t set the pace so perfectly on the 2nd day, which started with breakfast at 3.30am!! The views at the summit made the early start so worth while, amazing. I would highly recommend this trip!!!

Breathtaking views, rich culture, and great service - Incredible trip led by Hamid! We highly recommend the multi day trek starting in Imlil with nights in a Berber village and a few different refuges before summiting Toubkal. Hamid was very knowledgeable and created a route that hit on all of our desires. He was very knowledgeable of the history of the region and we learned a lot from him. Food was great for all of the meals and service was excellent the entire trip.

Great exerperience! - I had a great experience with Imlil Treks and my guide Mustafa! Communication in advance was through email with Abdellatif, once in Imlil, Mustafa contacted me through WhatsApp giving me the final necessary information. I rented a headlight, walking poles and gloves for two days for about 10 euro's. All the meals during the trip are big, delicious and full of protein, just like I hoped for. The first day of walking to the refuge is straightforward and quite easy going. The refuge is similar to most refuges I have stayed at in Europe, cosy, big rooms but great food. Obviously earplugs are a must. The second day we got up at 3:00, started walking at 3:45 and arrived at the top at 06:15, before sunrise. At this altitude the walk to the top is hard, but completely worth it. After enjoying the sunrise for about half an hours we went back down for breakfast. I arrived back at my hotel at 13:30. Thank you again Mustafa for the great experience!

Unique experience - Our guide Saȉd was very well prepared and stayed enthousiastic while joining us for two days to the refuge at 3200m and (in case of my son) all the way to the Toubkal summit. He gave us a lot of information during the hike. This man deserves a big compliment.

A wonderful trek - I had a great time on my trek, it was a truly unforgettable experience and I recommend it to anybody. Imlil Treks were great once I was on the trek. Mustapha was friendly and supportive and I felt in safe hands. Thanks again to him for making the journey really enjoyable. It's also great value for money, with some delicious food and an overnight stay included. I will say that the communication in the planning stage wasn't great. I had to chase answers to questions several times and some crucial bits of information (including needing to bring a passport on the trek) weren't communicated. I wouldn't change anything about the trek itself though - thanks again to the team for a wonderful time.
