First balloon flight - As a first experience it was very positive. The landscape does not offer much, as an expanse of desert, but excellent Berber hospitality. The tour operator failed to give us flight tickets

Not that great - Not really worth. The sun rise was good but we didn’t see many hot air balloons around us. The view wasn’t that great. If you have seconds thoughts - you can skip this activity

Waiting for pickup and short flight. Breakfast delicious. - Pros: Breakfast. Very professional and attentive staff Cons: 30 minutes late for pickup! We were 3 women and waited from 5:45 in the morning to 6:15 in the medina for us to be picked up. It was dark, we were not reassured, we were approached several times. I can tell you that the wait has been very, very long. There would have been a broken down car problem but we were not notified beforehand. The flight is quite short. We are the last hot air balloon to have soared, and among the first to land. The group for the next flight was already waiting for us when we had not yet flown. We were not issued a flight certificate as described in the description. It is also not possible to make camel as indicated since there is simply no camel on site. Of course, we paid less compared to other airlines, but if I had known that the flight was so short, I would have taken another more expensive airline but with a longer flight.

Disappointing - Disappointing first hot air balloon experience. I read so many reviews and chose this company because it seemed people had a positive experience, but I would certainly recommend choosing another. It wasn’t that we had a bad experience, just that, for nearly £100 a person, it didn’t feel we got our money’s worth. A few things: - As others have mentioned, we were only contacted by the company about 7pm the night before, so it was impossible to plan the rest of our day. - It wasn’t a sunrise ride. We were picked up at 8am, meaning by the time we got out to the field, the sun was far up and most other balloons were coming down. - It was not 45 minutes as advertised. From take off to landing was barely over 30 minutes, and everything (getting in and out) all felt very rushed. - We didn’t fly very high or at all close to the mountains. At the start we went maybe about half the height of the highest balloons, but then we quickly descended and drifted farther from the mountains. For most of the ride we were probably max 200m above desert. Essentially, if this hadn’t been our big exciting Morocco splurge, it would have been fine. For the cost, though, it definitely wasn’t the memorable experience we’d hoped for.

Good experience but not worthy for the price - Not much worthy for the price also The activity provider charged extra for kids when I declared that age of the kid is wrong. He bargained and took 500 MAD for one kid . I paid more than a adult fee

Very disappointing - Very disappointing. Arrived late to pick us up. The flight from take off to landing was 40 mins. No certificate issued. The 4 hours quoted for the trip was mainly the drive to the berber tent with breakfast. Do not use Marrakesh Balloon8nh.
