Great first time experience - Although my wife had done this before, for my daughter and I it was a first time experience, and so glad we did it. Being up there actually feels very safe, and the pilot made everyone relaxed with some great humour. An amazing experience, not to be missed, despite the very early alarm call and pick up from the hotel.

Ok... - The driver was 25 minutes late picking me up, so that influenced my mood for the rest of tour. I was standing around on a street waiting, so ut wasn't a comfortable wait. Everything else was OK. Balloon pilot was funny

Moderate, no appointment kept - It was a beautiful experience, however...... The sunrise we were too late for, we were only picked up at the hotel in daylight. The balloon was ready to take off, so without a welcome word or introduction conducted in the balloon basket, after which we immediately took off. That was beautiful, but the balloon ride of an hour was only 40 minutes, then quickly a glass of orange juice and back in the bus balloon cleaning they do themselves, we are in a hurry..... But nice sandwiches with a kind of mint coffee got at a berber tent. From there back to the hotel, unfortunate but no camel seen. Upon inquiry, we were told we should have booked those separately, We arranged later that day through our hotel ourselves, beautiful with sunset Sweet of the hotel manager to accommodate us for the unkind approach of the balloon club All in all, certainly not a sufficient

Incredibly poor communication - The actually balloon ride was pretty good but the communication was incredibly poor and ruined the whole experience. We were told we had to contact the trip provider to arrange a collection time, so three days prior to the trip we started trying to contact them. For three days we emailed, called, WhatsApped, messaged on Facebook and Instagram but got no response. Eventually less than 24 hours when we still hadn’t got a response, and after reading some further reviews we convinced ourselves we had been scammed and contacted them to say we wanted to cancel and would put in a PayPal dispute to return our money. Suddenly, we got responses to all our messages explaining first of all we couldn’t cancel, and secondly someone would contact and let us know a collection time before 9pm. Granted, they did contact us, albeit on a different number to those we had been provided with on booking so we never had any chance of getting through to them, and they collected us on time and the trip ran pretty smooth. Our only criticism of the trip itself was on booking we were told there would be an optional camel ride for €20 after the balloon ride but this was never offered to us, therefore the trip that was meant to last 5 hours only infact lasted 3 hours. You get what you pay for, and on reflection, i would have rather paid a little extra to save us days of stress wondering if we had been scammed. Lesson learnt.
