First balloon flight - As a first experience it was very positive. The landscape does not offer much, as an expanse of desert, but excellent Berber hospitality. The tour operator failed to give us flight tickets

Amazing and fun captain for a great family tour. Would recommend ! - The experience overall was great as we had a fantastic driver to go there and the most amazing and funny captain you can wish for. We did a few hot balloon tour in other countries and the take off and landing were amazing here with Abdel Aziz. The we also has a berber breakfast in "family"..kinda all made up for tourist but nice. Then our driver brought us to a palm garden where 5 of us paid $15 each for a dromedary tour and some extra fun. The only stressful part was to be left without answers to our questions for a few days as we wanted to have a closer point of pick up. We tried calling without success and left emails without responses. We reached out to Viator and finally got answers around 4 pm the day before which was stressful as we were a family of 7 and did not know where or at what time to meet.

Amazing captain for a great ride - I have to put 4 star for the stress we had before the tour as we really tried hard to contact the tour organizer and had absolutely no luck. We had to contact Viator and threaten to cancel the 7 of us. BUT The pick up was on time and the driver super nice Arrival was quick Balloon captain extremely funny and nice and very experienced (it was not our first experience in a balloon) A good 45 minute flight at high altitude Extremely nice with my old parents I recommend to everyone but hope that 4 star will help this company for a better customer service Great landing Fun berner breakfast afterward Went for the camel and it ended up being only 15 dollars each for 4 of us Have fun but I hope the missing star will help

Waiting for pickup and short flight. Breakfast delicious. - Pros: Breakfast. Very professional and attentive staff Cons: 30 minutes late for pickup! We were 3 women and waited from 5:45 in the morning to 6:15 in the medina for us to be picked up. It was dark, we were not reassured, we were approached several times. I can tell you that the wait has been very, very long. There would have been a broken down car problem but we were not notified beforehand. The flight is quite short. We are the last hot air balloon to have soared, and among the first to land. The group for the next flight was already waiting for us when we had not yet flown. We were not issued a flight certificate as described in the description. It is also not possible to make camel as indicated since there is simply no camel on site. Of course, we paid less compared to other airlines, but if I had known that the flight was so short, I would have taken another more expensive airline but with a longer flight.

Poor activity organization - The balloon flight was amazing, no complaints about it, but the activity organization was a bit bad. We didn't get our pre-flight breakfast as mentioned in the description, no flight certificate and refreshments, no water, and very basic Berber breakfast that was too late to call it breakfast... Also, no Spanish speaker guide.

Good experience but not worthy for the price - Not much worthy for the price also The activity provider charged extra for kids when I declared that age of the kid is wrong. He bargained and took 500 MAD for one kid . I paid more than a adult fee
