The Open Water Diver (OWD) course is the perfect starting point for those looking to become certified divers. This course can be completed in just 3 days amidst the breathtaking waters of Marsa Alam, Red Sea. On the first day, participants will engage in theoretical learning, watch an instructional DVD, and practice diving skills in a pool or shallow waters. The subsequent days involve joining boat trips for actual diving experiences.
Alternatively, participants can begin the course with an introductory dive directly from the boat. The DVD can be viewed in the evening at the hotel (bringing a laptop is recommended) or during the boat trip. The course includes dives reaching a maximum depth of 18 meters.
The theory book will be provided on the first day at the Scuba Diving Center in Marsa Alam. The entire course spans 4 days, featuring 3-4 dives in total, providing a comprehensive introduction to the exciting world of scuba diving.
