A great way to spend the day - We really enjoyed our time with our guide in Chichèn Itza. Miguel was very knowledgeable about the culture. He spent a lot of time going over the history of the structures and the links between the Aztecs and the Mayans. I would 100% recommend them if you’re looking for an informative and fun tour. 10/10

Chichen Itza y Cenote - Miguel was amazing! He was really knowledgeable and spoke well in both english and spanish, consistently switching and explaining in both languages. It was a lovely trip and me and my mom both had so much fun!

Very good but tight time. - We enjoyed ourselves a lot. For a limited time (it is inevitable to visit two places: Chichen Itza and Cenote) two hours in Chichen Itza was a little short for me and the explanation was very good but very quick also because of the question of time. But the guide Miguel is super good and has a lot of knowledge so we were able to know the history of Maya and the places we visited.

The only bad... - The guide, the transfers, the places you visit, the friendliness of the Yucatecans, all very well.
The only bad thing was the food at the Chichikan Cenote: there is no strong dish, the yellow and sour cucumbers, the water apart at $70.00 a glass barely medium. They make those who show their faces look bad and you are angry and want not to return, or recommend the tour.
We all lose and it's about us all winning.
Thank you for your attention

Dismal service - The van where we were taken was very noisy and seemed to have a problem because you always felt a lot of movement and therefore you could not hear the explanation of the guide.
The time allotted for Chichen Itza’s visit was very short and they should extend it much longer and take time away from the visit of Chichi Khan Cenote.
This cenote left a lot to be desired, since it was even seen that this is no longer natural and that the water is filtered by humans (you can tell with the naked eye the pipe) and even so, this water does not look as clean as that of some other cenote.
In this place was also the buffet, in which there was no great variety of dishes or had much flavor, only rice milk and drinks were excessively expensive (we ordered 2 waters of flavor and a coke), we paid $210 for 3 drinks despite being alcohol free.
As for the service of the tour, it was unfair for me that in order to swim in the cenote, in addition to having already paid for the tour in general, you had to pay for the use of the vest ($100.00 pesos MX per person) and if you are carrying Backpacks or some other object that can not get into the cenote, you have to pay a locker which they do not tell you from the beginning.
Also for the entrance of Chichen Itza, a separate ticket office payment of $200 pesos MX for Mexicans and $600 pesos MX for foreigners (should be included in the tour services) must be made.
In addition to our luck, on the return a tire was put on the van where we were transported; however the replacement tire was also low (which the driver did not tell us, this we knew because we approached to see why they took so long to change the tire) which is clearly negligence on the part of the company. Thanks to this, they had us in the middle of the road from 6 pm to almost 7:30 pm waiting for another vehicle to pick us up and take us to the initial meeting point, which they said would arrive in 10 minutes when it actually took me 40 minutes to arrive and this driver like the first, also drove horrible.
Overall it was a rather disappointing experience, with times spread thinly, bad food and without specifying some of the extra costs, as well as implying that it is a company that contracts all services out, but that does not even check that its vehicles are safe for transfers, which are normally long distances.
The only good thing that I can highlight is the treatment of Mr. Miguel (I do not remember their surnames) since he always presented himself with good disposition, very friendly and very cultured. So I learned a lot during the course of the tour and mainly during the visit to Chichen Itza.
