Totally recommended - It's always a pleasure to come to this lounge, the staff are very kind, from the reception to the main room. Andrea, the chef, is responsive to every request, with friendliness and professionalism. Well equipped, both in terms of space and in the choice of food and drinks.

To recommend absolutely - Congratulations for the courtesy and kindness even in crowded times. Thanks to Laura for taking special care of my mom non.accustomed to traveling alone and no longer very young. Great food.

Rude service staff - Nice atmosphere, good view of the runway and lots of seating. All alcoholic drinks are an extra charge however. Reception staff were absolutely lovely - very patient and advised best value price for my stay in the lounge. Same cannot be said for the food staff unfortunately. I had the misfortune of accidentally dropping a small amount of food off my plate and the lady behind the food counter shouted unnecessarily at me in Italian and made a massive drama over nothing. Hardly hospitable considering the price of the lounge and the nature of a busy airport.

Average at best - The lounge was virtually empty it took ten minutes to get served at the bar because the staff were talking to each other. The food was nice but luke warm. The coffee machine was not in service and getting a coffee at the bar was a mission. The lounge was not overly clean even though there were plenty of staff. They were mostly talking to each other. For the money it was not worth it.

Average low - Personnel is kind enough. But I toilets are not clean. Food is OK, nothing special and there are no bottled drinks. The cost to enter is 22 Euro, indeed quite cheap. But when booking a business class ticket you expect a business class lounge as well.. and this is not.

Waste of money ! - Had to queue to gain entry although had pre purchased tickets as it was over capacity!! Whole lounge needs a good renovation - the chairs are filthy and ripped, toilets not the best and just too many people in there… not relaxing at all… gave two stars for the good selection of food however, had to queue for that and bar staff not interested in serving us for a wine at all. Save your money - it’s nicer in the general airport.

Very disappointing. Dirty, crowded and noisy - This is one of the worst experiences of a 'premium' service I have ever experienced. It took far too long to gain entry, even after presenting my booking confirmation - I was told there are 10 different systems and they weren't sure which one to use to check me in. I was expecting good quality food and what was on offer was dried out sandwiches, cheap 'desserts' - think spray cream in pre made mini pastry cups, a salad bar with a very limited selection and no labels, so cheese or tofu - your guess is as good as mine! I tried the hot food and was equally disappointed. Meat balls that were so poor you could have used them as golf balls, croquettes that were just mush and tasteless and some sort of vegetable mix that looked like dog food. I tried a coffee, made for me, not from the machine. It was barely lukewarm. And then there's the décor. The first thing you see is ripped seating and ominous stains on cushions. Then, when you get closer, you realise how filthy everything is. Every surface needs to be introduced to a cloth and some cleaning spray. I didn't see any cleaning for my 3 hour visit. There's no excuse for the grime beyond laziness. When I arrived 5 staff were huddled at the end of the bar chatting and had plenty of opportunity to address some basic hygiene. The toilets are equally horrible. A lady was attending them but the towel dispenser only issued scraps of paper (even she struggled to extract them from the holder) so there are bits of soggy paper towel everywhere. The cubicles need a refresh. In fact, the toilets in the main airport are significantly cleaner, brighter and better maintained. The description of 'a place to escape from the hustle and bustle' needs to be updated. How about 'let us welcome you to our own corner of hell where you can expect children to run around screaming, people talking loudly on mobile phones and you can enjoy the risk of food poisoning just in time for your flight. Oh and don't forget to interrupt the staff chatter at the bar - you too can experience death stares and grunts at the intrusion'.

Expected me to wait hours to get in because my flight was delayed - When I arrived at FCO, my outgoing flight was delayed 2 hours. "Oh well," I thought, "At least I have lounge access." I went to visit the Plaza Premium lounge with my Priority Pass access. The person at the front desk checked my flight, noticed that it was delayed two hours, and said I had to come back later as I was only allowed to use the lounge two hours before (the new) boarding time. Not great to punish the traveler for the airline's issue. If I had already been inside when the flight was delayed, would they have kicked me out? I was not able to come all the way back to this lounge as it was not close to my gate.

Worst Lounge Experience - Awful experience- bought 3 hr tickets, airline check in desk didn’t open until 2 hrs before. By the time we got to the lounge we had 15 mins before gate opened. Limited seats and selection of food. Lack of staff serving at bar and dirty plates everywhere. Limited seating. Toilets dirty and 1 of 3 closed. Don’t book this!

Stale food, quite inedible. - Food was terrible, so we left our bags on our seat to grab a bite outside the lounge, when we returned half an hour later, our bags had been removed by the staff and placed at reception, our seats had been taken and the attitude was not great. The bar charges for drinks, the food looked stale and old. I certainly would not pay to enter.
