Wonderful trip! - Carlo was amazing and gave us so much information and insight about the areas we were in. Puebla was legit magical. Cholula was super cool (church was impressive!) The entire day was smooth and relaxed. Even when federal agents boarded the bus to check our documents (please be sure to bring them, they tell you to in the day before email, but do remember) Carlo was calm and helpful. Anyway, highly recommend

Great value! - Very good tour! Incredible value. Our guide, Guia, was very knowledgeable. And Puebla is such an enchanting town. My only suggestion would be for less time with all the churches and more time in Puebla City to explore. But great tour overall!

One of the “must” tour when in Mexico City! - We felt really blessed after this tour 😊 because of all the churches we’ve been too and the number of them in the area. There are 37 churches in one place alone, Cholula. This is like heaven for devout Catholics. The interior of the churches are amazing. Even if you are not a catholic you will be impressed with the art and history of it. Our tour guide Carlo was very good and kind. Our driver Octavio is a very skilled driver. We felt safe during our bus ride back and forth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent tour! - Guide Leonardo and driver David were excellent throughout the tour. Leonardo explains with great passion and enthusiasm at every point. He recommended a place to eat and buy crafts. Driver David treated us excellent. Thanks to the two of them the trip to Puebla was perfect!

Must see Puebla - It was a great trip. The barroco style church in Tonantzintla is very interesting and different. Puebla is amazingly pretty, so much to do and see. More time to enjoy it would be great. And add some music in the bus for the long trip.

Places to see and how to improve the time to see them - The wonderful places, Barbara guided very good and friendly Driver excellent for that size bus...Regular logistics as there were 9 people without a place and that caused delay in departure, plus the stop en route is excessive in time Must be 30 minutes maximum. The very slow turn by a traffic terror.I think they should optimize the departure time.Because of the heavy hail and rain we could not do citytour in Puebla.

Be ready to ask for a refund - If you are reading this, avoid this tour at all costs. I am currently on a tour from hell as I write this review. Manny has got to be the worst tour guide I have encountered, I am sure he’s a great guy but as a tour, it’s abysmal. The tour pick up was great and on time from Migos Cafe in the city, but that is where the good part ended. We got to Cholula and were told we would be there for two hours. After two hours walking around, we waited another hour waiting for the tour guide to take us to the next place. We headed over to Tonantzintla where we would just spend 20 minutes. Those 20 minutes turned into 90 minutes because our guide disappeared. Once he decided to appear, he apologized and told us some people in our tour group got left behind at Cholula and he had to go search for them. Lo and behold, he said he made contact with them and yet they still didn’t come back on the bus with us: sounded kind of fishy. After losing people from the group you would have figured that he would have come up with a better communication strategy to ensure this didn’t happen again, well no. We get to Puebla and are told we have two hours max and that we need to be at our meeting point and to be prompt. It seemed that everyone on the tour went to our meeting spot on time but the bus was not there. We are told that the bus is just a few blocks down the road and that we should walk over. The bus was literally half a mile away. The group was separated and while most of us made it to the bus, some didn’t. Manny is nowhere to be found and not in communication with anyone. We wait one hour and 17 minutes while Manny goes looking for people on the tour group that he lost. Manny apparently didn’t have anyone’s contact information and the only way to find them was to run around downtown trying to recognize people from the tour group. We are now 13 hours into this tour and finally on the road to Mexico City which will get us to our location by 9:30 pm. Three hours past our expected initial arrival time. What is most upsetting is that Manny knew that I had an event that I paid a great deal for, being that it’s Dia De Los Muertos weekend, and was slated to start at 8:30 p.m. Due to this disorganized tour, I am now out hundreds of dollars and will it get to attend it. I have contacted Amigo Tours and Viator to ensure that I get a full refund. If you have made it this far, DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR or tour provider.
